I sat here for awhile trying to figure out how to make this a discussion without making it a suggestion but I can't entirely get out what I need to say without it coming off as a suggestion, so if it gets locked I guess it gets locked lol. Alright now that I got that out the way here we go.

My idea is at it's primitive stage atm which is good because thats where the discussion comes in. The idea is a reward for committed players each year, the discussion is what should it be and what do you consider committed?

My personal suggestion is....well I don't have one but I plan to piece it together with the most liked/agreed upon ideas you fellow forums come up with.

After I/we decide what a fair reward/requirement is I shall post it in the suggestions forums. One last thing, keep in mind this would/will be a annual reward so it has to be something that can be achieved within a year.

Thats a start but what do you considered committed? 10,000 wins, 100 hours log in time...etc. Those are simple suggestions off the top of my head.

what about like a daily login bonus or more like if u complete 25 fights in a day
like day 1 u get 100 creds, day 2=200 creds, and so on til day 7 which is a week u get 1k creds
then it can go on with weeks as well as like when u complete 4 weeks u would get something big for your dedication to the game like 500 varium or have each month have a different sword in which if u complete ur 4 weeks u get that months sword

Although that is a valid suggestion it poses 2 problems. A varium player can get that effortlessly because the large pack gives 15k credits and if you add it up thats only about 300-400 wins you need to get to gather up 10k credits which I wouldn't really call a committed effort for a years work.

Nice suggestion but I wouldn't suggest a varium reward because the devs won't even consider this if the reward is varium and it has to be a year commitment because do you really think the devs have time to draw out and give away a free weapon every month?

yea 10k credits is quite easy to get especialy in 2v2
about 50 creds minimum for each win.
20 2v2 wins will get ya 1k
but like i was saying like just playing thru 25 fights a day win or loss u will get like 100 creds and u only get that once a day and each day it increases until day 7 where u get 1k creds. then it resets.

Red's Idea seems good, I'd suggest at the end of the month a 25k reward, seeing as 25 wins a day will probably get you...24 000 credits a month, not including a bonus. A 25k bonus would be pretty sweet, so like 50k credits a month? makes it both fairer to the non variums, entertaining to the variums, and everyone comes out pleased.

It's a nice suggestion but I was hoping for something more creative. Like a weapon, bike, armor, or even a robot. Credits are nice but I want something that I can appreciate, everyone won't have, and will get "awesome's" and "cool such and such".

Lol I don't think you guys are grasping the full concept of my idea so I'm give a example. The reward would be a bike (design doesn't matter atm) and the requirement/commitment would be 10,000 wins. 10,000 wins seems like alot but if you think about it, it's only 30 wins a day.

ok ok i see where ya going
or like for each milestone of wins (5,000 10,000 25,000 ect.) there can be something bigger and better rewards like 5,000 wins could be a warlord sword, 10,000 could be a commander bike, 25,000 wins could be emperor armor (for each rank theres something special)

nice idea, but i rather it be that committed users of edf be awarded for how well they behave and act, how constructive and helpful they are, or how supportive and represented they are
(such as their art work gets in game more than twice, their suggestions or discussions is well though out and accepted as plausible, possible, or being taken into ac/ac. account/action.

Time-trial awards? As in "whoever can make k ( insert an amount of kills desired ) kills in 2 hours can either choose varium or random " every month or 2.

Rather then a reward for us being commited.

THeir should be a reward for us everytime the devs Arnt commited.
eg. 10k credits to all who were active during a week only to find that their is no release for that week.

the devs are committed. just because they couldnt release the balance update doesnt mean they aint.

^ lol thats a funny one.

I'm not being mean or anything, but if you wre to count the amount of times that their has not been a release or not been a proper release (saying a few bugs and saying that your making it better for future relases does not count as a release)

Then you would find that around 50% of the weeks have had no update.
This past week has an exuse and I'm not mad at that although all the other games managed to fit a release...

So why cant we get soemthing everytime they dont do as their "updated weekly" title says.

hm...
i wonder...ED should have a commemerative birthday shop just like Dragonfable. When it hits the birthday that u put in ur portal acc (some of u probably didnt give ur real b-day) , then at the whole month of ur b-day, u get some awesome looking weps. please, no birthday hats and stuff, just awesome looking weps that doesnt look like its frosted. ._.

^it is when you factor in how little there is to do besides increasins your total wins.
