So they are saying stay awake till 4-5 AM for an uncertain update or you cant buy the Limited items.

In australia NSW, the release normally starts when I wake up in the morning :) Morning on Saturday

well i live in india and i never got up at the currect time to get update ever because i never known when it will get released. sometime i get released at 4 am in morning. Sometime at 10 am in morning.

Well they do live in the US, so the releases are US time based.

It's never fair when it comes to timezones, if a release is a good time for you it will be an inconvinece for someone else.

17:00 - 18:00 at US is perfect time , USA + Europe can easyly see updates but NO they need to release it at late , which is a delayed update for 1 week :/

Don't feel bad, the lqs system ends up cheating everyone.

Nearly every single player in the game has missed at least one item they wanted to get, once.

Turkish there's really no need the items are permanent. Take a 10 min nap and make breakfast. that might pass the time.

I think you mis-interoperated it. I believe the weps would most likely be in a shop, and by that line he might have meant he's refilling the Limi shops with items Ex: Tesla, char gear? Idk I could be wrong, I just think you mis-interperated it.
