Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:09:25)

I siad tat she can ask help from teh gnome, he sure knows alchemy

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:16:23)

Yeah, Al-Azif is pretty much done for since no copies were made. Lawrence's reason for coming to Lore anyway was because Terra's Necronomicon was destroyed and she thought a copy was existing in Lore.
spoiler:

she doesn't realize Lore's Necronomicon is vastly different.

Glais -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:20:19)

On that note, how did she even GET to Lore? It's got to be many light-years away from Earth.
not that I expect you to answer this, as I'm sure it's a plot point in the future.

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:34:09)

The Prehistoric North American Glyphs. Three words. ANCIENT. ALIEN. SPACESHIPS.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:34:57)

Anyways, when is next chapter *twitches uncontrollably* By the way, have you thought on the offer I made you LK?

Glais -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:36:02)

This story just got 10x more awesome.
Is such a thing even possible?

Excuse my Ancient Aliens related humor >_>

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:45:12)

Sooooooooooooo, next chapter please *puts shoggoth eyes*

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:47:14)

Lovecraft was most interested in ancient American peoples particularly the Mound Builders and their relation with ancient aliens. In a world where all myths are true, there's little doubt Lawrence could summon the same race that shaped ancient America. I'm still thinking about it, Mort, since I'm making some adjustments.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 20:48:48)

WIll they take long, and that doesn't answers my other question *Starts to twitch without controll* I mean, this history is really good, and I crave for more of it

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 21:01:06)

I'm still thinking bout Mort. Expect more exposition and more Jeanne getting bored.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/19/2011 21:06:20)

okay

Dwelling Dragonlord -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 6:41:29)

@lordkaho: That is not what I meant.

Why did you show it like this?

quote:

Jeanne's hidden
cuteness made her heart race so much that she had to clutch her chest from trouble of breathing.

Rather than this?
quote:

Jeanne's hidden cuteness made her heart race so much that she had to clutch her chest from trouble of breathing.

About the red dragon plushie, was that inspired by the plushie my AQ character sports?

Will we be seeing a picture of Jeanne and her Pridelord plushie one day? Better yet, Jeanne and Noir having a teaparty with plushies.

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 7:12:25)

Oh that. You see I initially typed the chapter in notepad, and when I transferred it here, the sentences got jumbled. I guess forgot to arrange that part. Jeanne and Noir doing a friendly tea party, eh? Tempting. It'd be nice for them to act like normal girls, hehe.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 9:10:57)

Hmmmm an inquisitor obssesed with destorying all dark and undead things, and a vampire several thousands years doing a tea party, totally normal [8D]

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 9:44:07)

Make that several thousands. Noir has been a vampire long before MQ and has even survived the Reset. Anyway the two having a tea party would be as normal as Grand Inquisitor Markus and Lord Judge Hrolteus playing video games, lol.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 9:51:48)

Lol, a quick question about Noir, did the reset erased her memory?

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:06:20)

Partially, but not very much. Like in her character bio, Noir chased Safiria to Lore but crash landed somewhere in the continent of Battleonia. There she was encased in her ships' stasis pod in a death like slumber, and much like Kathool she retained her memories from before the reset. She awakens just about the end of Slugwrath's reign. Problem is, she doesnt know what Safiria looks like in this new age hence the reason why she joined the Order.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:11:35)

Intresting, but what makes her different to Kathool? I mean, KAthool was totally confused by all the changes, why didn't this happened to Noir?

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:22:20)

I haven't showed it yet. I'll elaborate further when the spot light goes to Noir. Of course when she got out of her Necryptian craft she thought she landed on a different planet because everything was so primitive.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:24:56)

lol, so when will Noir have her spot light?

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:36:53)

In the second half of the story, right after Jeanne's own arc which will be starting a few chapter's from now. Not sure yet, but in the 2nd half everything will revolve around Noir in her quest to find Safiria. It will take place mostly in Darkovia and I'll probably add some characters unrelated to the Inquisition. The Order will still make appearances but Jeanne wont be in the story much.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 10:41:52)

mmm okay, I must ask this aswell, will Jeanne leave the inquisition? Because I remember that in yourdescription you said her imte in the inquisition, thus you were saying that she leaved it in one point, or am I wrong? Oh and will Lawrence have her own spotlight?

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 11:03:33)

spoiler:

If the prologue is any hint, Jeanne goes missing for a year after hunting down Sir Pulchure. She was presumed dead or AWOL.
Sad to say, Lawrence is only a minor character. But she will have a big role in the end.

Mortarion -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 11:07:38)

Okay, and what means AWOL?

lordkaho -> RE: (DF) The Hounds of God- Discussion (11/20/2011 11:18:47)

Absent Without Official Leave. In the millitary, if you go missing without leaving at least info on your last where abouts you are branded a traitor, killed in action, etc.
