The armour names here for the Straightjacket series don't seem to correspond with the correct armour.
Guardian Straightjacket was the page that appeared when clicking the link called 'Straightjacket'.
Straightjacket appeared for 'Guardian Straightjacket'.
The links must have been mixed up, huh?
Fixed, thanks! ~Koree

Xrai -> RE: Armors (3/22/2012 17:14:28)

The ThunderBird Costume armor follows the customization of Guardian armors (Guardian Plate, UltraGuardian Plate, Armor of Awe etc) for Guardian characters.

Edit: For adventurers, the color scheme is the same as Guardian armors before customized.

clover!!! -> RE: Armors (3/22/2012 18:00:32)

Attack #3 of the Thunderbird Costume converts all weapons' attacks to Ranged

Xrai -> RE: Armors (3/22/2012 18:07:06)

I just found out, Attack #3 actually converts 2nd and 3rd hit to Ranged, 1st hit remains as per weapon.

Dragoon23 -> RE: Armors (3/22/2012 18:11:58)

Er, so which is it? Converts all to ranged or just the 2nd and 3rd hit?
And how should I edit attack 3 to reflect that?

@below: Thanks!
Oh and for the double arrow bracket (got off wiki):
Windows users can create the guillemet "«" by holding Alt + 0171 or Alt + 7598 or Alt + 174 or Alt + 686 and "»" by holding Alt + 0187 or Alt + 7599 or Alt + 175 or Alt + 687.

BTH: Oh, they don't? didn't know that. *edits the BTH*

Edit 3: Alrighty, hopefully final edit on Attack 3's type XD

Xrai -> RE: Armors (3/22/2012 18:16:13)

Still testing it, attack #3 sure is rare! D:<

Edit: I'm quite certain now, it's converting Melee to Ranged for first hit, Magic doesn't convert, then Ranged for the second and third hit.

On the attack type line, you can type like this: «Melee converts to Ranged, otherwise as weapon; Ranged; Ranged»

Btw, how do you do the double arrow brackets («»)?

Edit2: Thanks! But why are you dividing the BtH as well? BtH don't get divided or changed unless it's receiving any BtH lean, which in this case it doesn't.

Edit3: Update! Now second and third hits are doing the same as first hit.

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: Armors (3/23/2012 13:59:03)

If I may give my opinion, you don't need to mention each on the damage and BTH of the attack 1# each level since it's just 1 hit. Thanks. :)

Xrai -> RE: Armors (3/23/2012 14:57:19)

@AVA: What do you mean? You mean to exclude the BtH and BRS of Attack #1 of each version in the write-ups? If that's the case, I don't think it should be done, every info. should be included.

@below: I see, perhaps you should stress on the word "each" on your above post to prevent confusion. :P

Bu Kek Siansu -> RE: Armors (3/23/2012 15:15:04)

No, I did not mean that.
I meant the word "each" after the Stats damage and BTH of the Attack 1# each level should not be mentioned since it's just 1 hit. :)

Mordred -> RE: Armors (3/28/2012 9:35:21)

Er, Dragoon, you might want to check the damage and stats % you put for the 122 version's Attack #1. They seem way outta wack.

Dragoon23 -> RE: Armors (3/28/2012 9:50:20)

What did I mess up? *scratch head*
My formula for Attack1 was:
Base*.9/2
Random*.9/2
Stats*.9/2

Base/Random: 583*.9/2=262.35
Stats: 1132*.9/2 = 509.4

My formula for Attack 2 was:
Base*1.3*(85/90)
Random*1.3*(85/90)
Stats*1.3*(85/90)

crossfyre -> RE: Armors (3/29/2012 3:18:42)

can i ask what is the mc bonus for the leprechaun power au-rmour?

Xrai -> RE: Armors (3/29/2012 3:22:15)

@above: There's nothing mention about it being an MC armor, so no MC bonus. Not all armor release will have MC anyway.

Seems to have 3 special attacks:
#1 = 3 hit ranged, weapon's element, attack that attempts to paralyze the enemy*. Can be resisted**.
#2 = 2 hit melee ->ranged, light attack
#3 = 4 hit ranged -> melee, weapon's element, attack

*Hehehehehe! Your enemy is overwhelmed by a desire to dance!
** Your foe resists your control!
I didn't notice any Light conversion. Added, thanks! ~Koree

Ianthe -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 0:56:06)

quote:

Loco Costume (aw, I wanted the name to be Loclothes ): )

Energy armour, just like Loco.

Attack#1 happens 1/3 of the time. It converts Melee to Ranged. It has +5 BTH and deals *0.58*85/90 damage. If at least one hit connects, then it attempts to Paralyse the monster for one round. The monster gets a +20 bonus to its save:
    Level: PowerLevel vs MonsterLevel
    Major: YourINT vs MonsterCHA
    Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK
... that INT is probably a bug.
Adding on to the above messages this message pops up for immune monsters "Your opponent cannot be paralyzed!"

Attack#2 happens 1/3 of the time. It converts Melee to Ranged. It has -5 BTH and deals *85/80 damage.

Attack#3 happesn 1/3 of the time. It converts Ranged to Melee. It deals 50% damage. You heal HP equal to the damage dealt.

Watashig -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 2:48:58)

So what defines immune? NOT Energy monsters and what else?

chadrizard -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 4:57:13)

@Watashig: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=17839821

Dragoon23 -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 5:01:53)

@chadrizard: unless I'm misreading something, that doesn't say anything about which types of monsters are immune. Only that their description would say so.

Xrai -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 7:49:29)

Hmm, not sure if there's a mistake, the Ice resistance is actually meant to be Wind resistance right? At least it's what in level 130 version currently.

battlesiege15 -> RE: Armors (4/1/2012 10:48:20)

what type of armor is this? neutral or defensive or something like that?
