The thing is, these Frost Weapons are not required to beat George Lowe and probably will be the same for whatever comes now. I mean, beating George Lowe now isn't even difficult if you have the right build; I battled him with my level 32 non-var BH and beat him first time without Frost Weapons. Remember when Titan first came out and it taken forever for any no-vars to beat him? All boss NPCs are like that, non-Vars usually just have to wait for a while, they'll eventually be as good as the Variums. Well, just as good as they were... 6 months ago? You just gotta know what to do with your gear to beat them. You don't NEED that advantage if you're smart with your gear and build.
Going against that, however, I do hope there are new weapons with good stats that aren't designed to compliment Strength builds... the game is losing a lot of its versatility because every item the devs release seems to compliment overpowered builds. And overpowered builds is what is making the game go downhill, there used to be challenge involved, and I'm not looking forward to being overpowered while fighting against the new NPC (assuming there is one) because of these Frost Weapons, but looking forward to a challenge in beating him (or her).
I also hope that there is no LQS for the new weapons... I'd like to be able to play at my leisure and still get enough credits to afford the items and know they'll still be there when I decide I want to buy them. It's Christmas, everyone should be able to get the weapons. *Insert cheesy comment here*
