This is starting to getting on my nerves. I have been waiting for this update for weeks, months and years!
Where is it!?
I want the game to be based on the stats, higher dex blocks more, higher support crit more etc.

Why can't it just depend on stats?

Isn't it so weird that a lvl 34 lose against a 30 ??

O....k??? Honestly I don't think this is a topic for discussion, since it's sorta like your making a statement and suggestion's through Questions therefore making it wrong to post it in the ED GD. But i'll reply to your post to try and answer your question and offer a suggestion.

What ED is trying to do is make all the stat's in builds Balanced, balanced meaning by no all spammed into on stat area example: Strength. But instead having stats spread out approximately around, 40 in each stat area.

ED has been trying to boost balanced stat builds by adding things such as the Focus feature in builds and also adding other extras like bots. And they have also been debuffing the spamming into one skill by changing the stat progression a multiple times.

Also if you look at it, honestly all the movements and calculations in battles, are (actually) "Technically" worked around stats. For example, the chances of blocking: there's a specific formula between your's and your opponents possibility in percentage to being blocked. If you get blocked or not depends on the formula and calculations, obviously if you have the optimum chance of blocking your opponent (45%) then you should be able to block your opponent 2/5 times.
That is not luck but worked out through the blocking/ dexterity stat formula calculations.

Trust me ED seems like it's built around luck, but these things are one offs. If a level 30 is able to beat you, may be you might want to rethink your build. And if you had a normal balanced focus build (normally which naturally has High defence and High Resistence) there would've been a very very, little chance of you losing to a player 4 levels below you.
I know the Developers and Official Game Testers are working very hard to balance the game as best as possible for us to play, but trust me their job isn't easy.

I suggest you just have a little patience for newer releases, and if you think the game is really unbalanced at them moment, take a short break until the next balance update to play again.

I Blame enhacments for luck.

They made it alot worse by making builds too powerful hence Luck determined games.

Luck make noobs happy so i dont care,

Today a Player did 1 block , 1 rage deflect , 1 crit , 1 rage frenzy block and i had much higher dex( i didnt do a single block) so blocks are unfair , crit-deflect is fair, i lost the battle but she win with 30-40 hp so i know i did my best and in fair conditions i would win , knowing that is enough for me.

i decreased her hp to 40 against 4 luck factor well i count that as a win for my build.

i used that build and its not good enough, Cyber Hunter is not good enough, its one of the weakest classes. You use high dex which is very normal cause if someone smoke you still should keep your connect chance high but that also decrease your attack power , the class is completely in dilemma also i have to mention that the class doesnt have a real passive.

I highly suggest you to change class.

^ Maybe he wants to enjoy them game instead of sapping up quick easy effortless wins from the TLM class. Like 80% of the population is doing.

^ Yeaa I just changed from tlm to cyber and even though I dont changed my aux and gun yet (and I have 22dmg claws) cause I wait for friday weaps, Im already having way more fun than before.
I dont care much if I lose cause 2v2 is so unfair most of the times. I get total noobie in team against 2 full vars you know... and im a non var.

Than he shouldnt complain and wait balance updates, and you use 5 focus BH which requires 0 strategy and attack spam i dont see any hard thing on that + Bh got the most non strategic passive Bloodlust , bloodlust is keep giving hp (no strategy) in the other hand reroute give the opportunity to use other skills and heal (strategy)

so look into mirror before criticize other classes

^I actuly use a Multi build which requires alot of strategy.


And yes reroute is great though spamming str attacks from it isnt and that is somehow called strategy is it?

Im didnt say TLMs dont have a strategy then can have great strategyies I just said regardless of skill you CAN get easy wins useing them.

And I didnt say all TLMs do that I know alot have well thought stratgies , Im just saying alot DONT and its unfair that without one they can get the easy wins they get.

So if my ranting finally gets some decent balance changes I will be happy.

Sorry If I seem to be agianst you all the time, although it seems like it Im not Im just trying to get the point out to the devs.

Also the reason why I said that is because I was trying to defend 5rr5, there you are saying his builds sucks and that he desbritley needs to change class, I thought I would have to interput there to defend him.

The devs are aware of the balance problems, and it is being worked on. It takes a while because they can't make a bunch of balance changes and make new content every week, only so much can be done each week. Making changes in the game's core can potentially break a lot of things so it has to be done very carefully and then everything has to be tested to make sure the game as a whole works.
