spoiler:
Their fate is ambiguious at this point in time, but the words that Alva uttered will surely affect the world and Tekove as a whole. spoiler:
Regarding Keisa's last words: The epilogue was her last thoughts that lingered to a coincidential event earlier in the story. She isn't talking to anyone, but is definitely referring to a memory of her past (and Tekove's , since he's referred to in the memory) Of course, take note that the dimension that George and Keisa entered was the 'headquarters' of the Guilding Hand. If Alva was incapable of doing the job herself, all she had to do was call her friends.. As the 'designated villain', I had to give off the impression that she is acting omnipotent to give the possibility that she is not someone to be taken lightly. But like every character, her character and magic is without its flaws. I admit the way I portrayed Alva seems to make her overpowered in a sense, but her magic is not without its downsides. The only advantage she had was the fact she is a skilled user of providence magic. Sure, she can influence the fates of others, but that doesn't mean she'll always gets what she wants as you'll soon find out :).
