the fact that u didnt want to participate in the war from the begining kinda does make u selfish, maybe if u did that from the start exiles would have a better chance, and helped pockets? really?
what does that even mean. Smackie did what he did cuz he sincerely wanted legion to win and since u say that u tried ur best to get exile players involved, that means that its exiles fault for not being onvolved in the war enough. U are ready to blame every legion player, every mod but not exile for being uninterested in war

so its completely selfish to tell the faction to play in the war? (while alot of other factions didn't)
the reason we didn';t want to take part in the war because if exile would have won while we participated from the start people may have used CAD as an excuse and then in the end receive hate from legion players.

but hey, the turn of events changed and legion had alot of super bombs rooting for them.

My reasoning for this arc was to unite Legion and Exile loyal characters against a common enemy. Not everything is so black and white.

i can see if she only used the legion players for her own personal goal. like world destruction instead of domination.
and some legion players weren't please.

but seems even after that change that u will make, some legion player will still support her.

so why not a civil battle between legion and legion. while exile backing up the legion they uniting with?

my argument isn't with TEC. my argument is with the advantages legion had over the war.
that includes money, more factions, and other factors. (like how every time legion exploded a core they got 25k to the war. believed it or not at the end of the day, that 25k summed up to alot and played a huge role.)

how about how the exile NPCs (the ones legion fought) were alot easier than the ones legion had to fight?

@cindy i dont mean to be disrespectful but legion players wasted alot of money and time to make sure that legion won the frysteland war and later ofcourse the entire war against exiles, but instead according to the storyline legion forces are being cut in half while exiles are preparing for a powerful atack, it just feels like all the varium and time put in frysteland war was for nothing.

well cindy, legion has changed the storyline. and it did affect it.
their choices are what determined the outcomes now.

and if ur upcoming storylines are uniting legion and exile, to fight a greater evil.
then i agree. i find that story to sound much better. as it is uniting the players. and not putting us against each other.

a quick question tho.

will we get cutscenes in ED for the most epic part of the story? (for example the frysteland battle should have had a cutscene at the end)

Ok im a bit late in this thread, but srsly i am really annoyed.

LEGION won the friggin war, get over it....srsly....u guys were slacking and it was u who was bragging to me few months ago that cad would get involved and blablabla. U said u would do 1000 npc a day etc.....how many have u done ?

I did over 7000 npc to help win the war, cad was to busy with their personal issues like winning 1v1 etc. and now u take the fall. Legion was BETTER......
Sure i used the options available, but in real life money wins wars to, get over it.
The point is, legion did not get what was promised, and u know what pisses me off the most?

actually we weren't worried about dailies. goes to show how ignorant some people can be to only assume we care about 1 vs 1 dailies. no one else except former CAD members or current members know how things work here, or how things are. and yet u dont hear them complaining or talking like those who just go by assumptions while looking from the outside.

Really gold? You want to unite the players??? This is a Player VS Player game. Uniting us is destroying what this game is all about.

If that's what your trying to do Cindy great...but this isn't AQW. I choose legion because I want to see the exiles burn. Not to work with them to take down my boss.

So maybe it's time to take a look at what you got planned and tweak it to where not everyone is holding hands and there is a happy ending.

Even the Legion NPCS are going behind their sides boss. What a joke!

Dude, what don't you get? No one had any advantages int this war. Each player on each side had the same choices and options in the war. That is it. Some chose to do more some didn't. That's just how life works.

Also gold, I got a lot of wins on both the level 20 and level 30 NPCS. I started with the level 20 yes, but once that armor came out I attacked Fenris like we had a blood feud.

just because the game is pvp, doesn't mean the storyline has to be pvp oriented.

well then it looks like the devs will have to make a third alignment. (premium one maybe? that requires the leader to change his faction alignment. that also doesn't have any influenced WD boards. since chaos wants to destroy the world. and WD is about dominating it) legion, exile, and that "greated evil" elignment. then u can choose that smackie.

That would be SICK. And not the bad sick, the good sick.

But I'm just confused as where Caden banished the warriors to (this is the third alignment).

Will the third alignment be Void, Lunar, Chaos, or Spatial warriors?

As EpicDuel ties into the main theme that AE owns, EpicDuel may have to follow the principles of AQ in story or else it goes "off-topic" according to Artix Entertainment. Other than that, the developers are free to design as they please.

Gold, make a new premium alignement, yes that will certainly become the most popular considering itll probably cost extra varium to change to it, and since its a pvp game it kinda does have to be oriented like that. The story began simply with legion being the big bad dominating force while exiles were rebels that werent happy and all had sad faces, till aparantly a lvl 10 npc oz started uniting them to fight legion. So now the legion players are suposed to help bring themselves down from ruling Delta V? hat makes perfect sense
