@DeathGuard Without smoke their is no counter. I'm done trying for now on I'm just gonna wait until they get nerfed. I'm just gonna NPC or 2vs2 since 1vs1 is now instant K.O I lose 6 out of every 10 battles. I've gained twice as much loses as wins since the update.

i mean the caster build with 140ishhp and 120-140mana was only seen on 3 people befoe the nerf. ICEN myself (primal assassin) and narc and turkish was the 4th i think saw a video of his using it.

Isaiah, you're a TLM so can I ask you a favour - can you please try this build:
5-1-10
0-1-0
7-1-0
0-1-10

Stats as you wish, I'd say to get to quite high Str (to get somewhere near 20+ damage) and moderate Dex+Tech to maintain good defences. HP at either 95 HP or 110 HP, as you wish.
All I'd like from you is to use 500 Credits, do few fights and bring back results on how it works without Smoke - if Poison can make up for it by giving 39 damage over 3 turn span (13 per turn), if Lvl 5 Heal to be able to Tank with Reroute + Mineral. Atom is purely to burn Energy from some builds who rely on it, strategical use mainly.
I wanna see how that build does for you and still wonder what one you're using right now that you're losing. o.o Btw, I used Poison build as many Str builds went for that and it's quite effective.

@Trans I don't have a club anymore as none of the clubs are good for defenses except Hero's Heart Set which is sold out. So that build won't work.

Can still do, then Atom goes into Stun Grenade for rare use, to improve Reroute if you wish. Frenzy is at Lvl 1 as it won't have much use due to Heal. Build can still work, Atom isn't main strategy of it but Poison instead. My L29 TLM has the build and a Sword and works fine.

When you have time, can you post your results? I'd be surprised to see if it does quite well for you against some players. :P Of course Varium players will be tough, I experience that on my TLM as well so win with them by luck or sometimes strategy as well (had cases of rage quitting too! xD).
But wanna see if this could substitute for Smoke for you, it still does well (Poison) with Str build as well as Tank as I tried both. :3

I tried. It works well when facing lower level (32,31), but lost all battles to high level CH.

If I start first, then I have better chance to win, but if I start late, then almost surely lose.

CH smokes first, then I use robot, then they gun or strike whatever, they always finishes me with Massacre (Atom Smasher gets blocked because of the smoke screen attack).

Ok for me the real creator of the alot of hp and energy caster build are the Low lvl TM Nubz that only want high hp and energy to use plasma and rain

Yeah Penguin, CHs are problem with it as they can Tank as much and keep Healing so you cannot counter that in any way, unless you get lucky with Atom or something. Most of the classes will struggle with current CHs, but Poison works well against other builds and if you lucky then with CHs too but luck plays a role there. -.-

Before smoke screen was remove, I can smoke them to increase the success chance of Atom Smasher, but now, it will almost surely be blocked by CH or BM.

Yes, luck plays a big role here. I have to start first to be able to stand a chance, no what facing CH or BM.

ch problem is the fact it can heal loop and emp spam while doing high dmg. i personally think emped should be nerfed it has a 1 or 2turn cooldown and takes away so much enegry even at lvl 1.

Primal: but BH need the EMP. I Think emp of ch need a new name and a whole diff skill with 3 turns cooldown and 13 energy at lvl 1.

rayman emp woud be solved if they just increased the cooldown. bh only use emp once and twice if u despertly need it. i've been bh alot. it's also my favourite class. but ch abuse the advantage of the 1-2 turn cooldown forgotten the exact cooldown i'll check next time i see a ch. i think they should make it a 3 turn cooldown it doesn't really effect any class badly just stops them completly abusing emp with static.

I agree that CHs now just EMP to make up for weakened static so you can't seem to get ahead of them.
I've had matches were we both do 3 damage every turn and they EMP 5-6 times to control the match.

Just make higher cooldown, a bit less energy taken away and higher cost. With old or current skill tree, it's too strong with Energy regen. Void suggested it on 1st page also, we both drew the conclusion straight away that it's quite a deadly combo and too strong.
So basically, I agree.

I agree, but make a complete new skill for Ch's EMP that is basically the same as EMP, but scales lower and cost 4-5 more energy at level 1.

Massacre should become Physical for Cyber Hunters, and Energy for Bounty Hunters. In that way Malfunction and Smokescreen no longer synergize with Massacre and Strength in general.

The Support requirement may then be lifted.

Or just remove their malfunction. And replace it with a new buff skill. That would make them more balanced with us TLMs.

Hmmm, that places a grand amount of emphasis on having Dexterity. To bring buffers (FC/RB/T) up to scale to be as powerful as nerfers (I/S/M), allow buffers to Strike upon use as well. OR, you could have nerfers not use Strike upon activation.
