If you're low level then try this for royale or team: warrior spirit, vampire bite, frozen core, impledementia, and brain freeze.

With warrior spirit and frozen core active, impledimentia and brain freeze will do about 190 on hit and brain freeze will do about a 110 DoT, and remember, this is for a lvl 13-15 so it's pretty good, also with vampire bite for an extra 45 DoT with the same heal. They have short cooldowns as well, brain freeze is 10 sec, imp is 7 I think, and vamp bite is 9, hen you got the warrior spirit buff

Font size reduced please refrain from using sizes over 3

mmkay i never heard of impledementia what is that and where is it gotten .-.

plebster -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/14/2012 3:40:10)

Impedimentia

Sorry I spelt it wrong in my previous post

linklink0091 -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/14/2012 13:57:32)

ahh thats why i never recalled such a skill, thier was no upgraded version (level wise) for it and it went rare soo i ignored it, thank ya plebster

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/14/2012 15:11:10)

Would you cool it with the font size? Thanks...

Anyways, another idea here is to use a bunch of abilities that complement one another

A good quartet at 15 is:

Pulsar Beam
Brain Freeze
Warrior Spirit
Expelliarmos

Lowers your target's haste and weakens all of their attacks, as well as buffing your haste quite a bit. For a fifth power you could do anything. A heal ability if you want (Vampire Bite?), or more haste buffs/debuffs like Chudling Rash

Drakkoniss -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/14/2012 18:41:51)

You know... you can't use Chudling Rash at 15... right?

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/14/2012 20:39:23)

I know, I was merely giving an example of a haste debuff. A level 15 could use Lightning Strike which is just as effective.

i dont see where any of those skills lowers the foes haste, please point out and tell me why...becuase pusalr rasies haste by 30-40% and increases lighting crit chance

brain freezr dose ice damge and mental and leaves a somewhat ok DoT (damge over time)

war spirt increase your haste by 20% gives 48 mana and increase melee and most instent heals by 20%

expelliarmos leaves an effect called cofuddle...which lowers all damge the foe dose by 70%...

so i ask again where is the haste debuff skill you said within you last sentence .-. where you seem to put that build in summery

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/17/2012 4:04:57)

Brain Freeze reduces haste. So I have no idea what you're talking about.

Shadowlord9k -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/17/2012 5:13:35)

Link and Anti: Then what does Pulsar Beam do?

plebster -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/17/2012 5:46:51)

It gives a big haste buff, about 40%, 6 sec cooldown, and does about 60 damage without boost. It also raises your critical hit chance with all energy element powers

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/18/2012 0:04:06)

It doesn't increase critical hit chance...

plebster -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/18/2012 4:11:08)

Well it says it does for energy attacks on the description

linklink0091 -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/18/2012 12:35:48)

puslar incrases crit chance of lighting types as well its just not a very noticeable thing.

and brainfreeze dose not...iv been shot with it befor and nothen effected me....the only effect it has is a DoT...i cna prove this over and over again with you all in person

Drakkoniss -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/18/2012 12:42:14)

... Lightning and energy attacks are the same thing, effectively. Lightning-based powers are really a subset of energy powers, but that's what it meant. Plasma Net and Pulsar Power, along with Tazer, and quite a few others are also in that damage type (just so noone is confused by that in the future)...

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/18/2012 13:32:04)

Well I never knew this about Pulsar o-O Cool beans!

Link you use so many haste buffs that it doesn't do anything, most likely.
I have seen my cooldowns increase when it hits me.

FBI -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/19/2012 4:12:51)

LOL, this build works well in battle royal.. its a really good build and not much l.powers in it..
ok so it has

Chudling Rash
Fire lash
Fashion Sense
vampire bite
plasma net

This build dose a very high amount of DOT
And how this build works is that you use chudling rash and then fire lash and then fashion sense to get back your enrgy up and then you use plasma net and then vampire bite.. they would be completely OWNED

Chuck the Awesome -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/20/2012 22:33:50)

@FBI that's a very good build really high dots and not to mention haste debuffs, it not really my style so I wont take it especially because I rock with my new build.
~Chuck Awesome

linklink0091 -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/21/2012 18:37:13)

i will noticed even the slightest change in my haste if anything effects it

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/21/2012 19:14:28)

@Link: There are minimums on cooldowns if I recall correctly. If your haste is as high as I think it is, then some haste debuffs might not have any effect on you.

FBI -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/23/2012 17:21:53)

Link this place is for posting builds, Not correcting other peoples build..

Pony Charge = whole build is destroyed. And since it's battle royale, they will have Pony Charge for sure.

Not really. Two things:

1) Pony Charge is actually not that common to see used in Battle Royale. This is because of its long cool down when compared to how long the effect itself lasts. Most skilled players avoid that type of power, due to the fact it leaves you incredibly vulnerable for roughly twenty seconds.
2) Plasma Net will last as long as Pony Charge and, even though they may heal, they will not be hitting you at all. The same thing applies to Fire Lash and Chudling Rash. Not only that, but Fashion Sense will be healing quite a bit.

Point being that Pony Charge may have a negative effect to an extent, but it will not "destroy" the build even slightly.
More often than not it is a very bad idea to use Pony Charge against a build such as FBI's.

raff -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/23/2012 18:51:54)

But you're not going in Battle Royale with just one power "Pony Charge".

You could have other healing pwers to stall or you could use Toreado.

Antithesis -> RE: =HS= Your powerful PvP Builds Thread (3/23/2012 18:55:05)

Then it isn't Pony Charge that is destroying the set, now is it?
