The rate of the individual specials depend on your HP:- If you have more than 80% of your Base HP:

- If you have 50-80% of your Base HP:

- Special #2 will have [1-(CurrentHP/BaseHP)] chance to occur.
- If you have less than 50% of your Base HP:
- Special #1 will have [(CurrentHP/BaseHP)-0.25] chance to occur.

DESCRIPTION Power hungry, the Necromant took the souls from those he killed and fused them with his staff. The twisted forms that make up to this staff are the only remains of those poor souls. Analysis The Special starts off as684% Base, Random and 443% Lucky Strikes, with +22 BTH. Special #1 is a standard Special. Since there are 2 hits, each hit deals 50% damage. Special #2 deals 90% damage for healing the player. Since it can't miss, it deals 85% damage. The lower the player's HP gets, the more often the healing Special will occur.Chance of each Special when the Special occurs: HP 25% 30% 35% 40% 45% 50% 55% 60% 65% 70% 75% 80%
