I have two questions:

The first, about the Metal Thorns. How exactly does it work? A random chance to get a 54 damage crit -even on Bio Hazard- seems pretty overpowered to me; what is the effect rate of the special and how is the special's damage calculated?

Second, about Thorns. If both you and your opponent are on the brink of death and your opponent does a melee attack, and Thorns happens to activate, causing your opponent to die as well, how is the victor of the match decided? Or is one unable to die by Thorns? Furthermore, how is the reflected damage calculated?

@Silver Sky- it's a 15% chance of the special ability- it works a little like Jack O' Fire. I haven't been doing 54 dmg crits though, the highest I've gotten on the dev server has been 48 against the level 29 exile soldier.

Right now we're having a pervasive issue with Frenzy- I took 5 ish hours for some sleep so I'm not entirely up on every single thing yet.

^I'm going to take a wild GUESS, and say the weapons special works simmular to the Jack 'O Fire

another guess on the bot special, is that it works like poison, or frostbite/frostbite aura, so the attacker can't go below 1 because of it.

Yea no buff to seasonal celtic weaps. BUT dont worry fellas, you can still pwn with those weaps as non var and I will show that in my upcoming videos ;)
btw. that celtic axe-sword is so epic!

So that means that this will effect only on touch attacks like double double strike etc.

so that would mean that BMs and TMs wont be affected by this skill....also gun dmg[>:]

I'm not sure if there has been answers to these questions yet but I'm going to ask anyway.

Does anyone know how big portion of the damage dealt will be reflected back to the attacker by Thorns?

Will Thorns be cast like any other buff (costs a turn and doesn't include attack)?

And will Thorn Assault be always critical, or just increased damage like Jack O'Fire?

@Depressed: I posted that skill when CH's first came out but I called it Static Shock and I used a better damage system. it was in the suggestions topic.
