whats up man come on. with 114 dex and 4 shadow arts how come i get no block against bm or others. the one with low dex block instead. and in my opinion bm still op because of deadly aim + blood lust. and blugeon not getting block in low dex. and fire bolt do so much and there gun they do like 40+ on 31-38 def with out rage. im not saying that bm should be nerf again but what im saying is, is not right you dont get block and get block with low dex.
so what do you think about the block rate guys

As soon as the concept is totally revised and I include a couple picture diagrams, I'll send it to Titan and ask him what he thinks. [:)]

High Dex doesn't guarantee 100% block rate, it just gives you higher chance. So you have chance not to block and chance to block, it's luck simply. And hate to say, this belongs in Balance Thread as always, although luck complaints aren't allowed there so try to word it right.

Nothing you can do with the block rates though. I got blocked by someone who had 0 dex and i had like 78 dex, so i feel your pain. Try increasing your dex if you feel you cant take hits from BMs.

@pro increase? lol ihave 57+57 dex + 4 shadow arts and they still hit with low dex like 62 dex

With me, I have 126 dex, but others with dex close to mine never seem to block me, but the guy with like 40 dex blocks my rage strike every time. lol

ON TOPIC : Yeah , like the others said , Blocks are luck-based .

It's like the Imaginary Dice roles between the 4 and 40% ( 50% for SA ) all the time...

I'm pretty sure that, IF block was more reliable, then the Berzerker BloodMage wouldn't be OP at all
