With plasma armour +defence matrix +malfunction, this skill is definately OP, at least take away plasma armour, and it wont be OP. On bountys its alright.
I detest luck based skills in this game.....

I have a question. Can we please stop Bullying Cyber Hunters with every thread made on ED GD? I understand they are a bit OP, but there is a Balance Thread for that.

Also remember that SA is a Luck based skill and only gives +10% on block and stun chance, and since most Cybers don't use Plasma Grenade, we only use half of it's potential.

So in theory, it is incredibly UP to both Cybers and Bounties because if the harsh requirements.

Its too much luck. When you don't need the blocking, it comes in, when you need that stun to win, it doesn't come out. Shadow Arts is troll master.
