I don't feel this idea would work what-so-ever. The reason I feel this way, is that house inflation works in AQ, because it is not a Multiplayer PvP game. The thing is, what you are proposing is an idea that benefits you and people who may have purchased housing for the teleportation, or just for the fact you have a place you can decorate. What this feature would allow you to do is just sell your houses for a lot more, and purchase them all again, with a lot of gold/varium made. This is not exactly educational, because if you look at the housing market, if you could just purchase a house and a year later sell it for a lot more, then I think absolutely everyone would be doing it. Why work when you can make money that simply? You keep referring to this whole thing as the 'housing incident', yet was it reall an incident, since it helped the majority? The decision was made because players who were just starting didn't understand how to get from place to place, and why they couldn't just click on the place. It came with a minor set back to you, for the greater good of the others. Throughout the topic, you've continually subtly continually blamed the devs, for an 'incident' that actually benefits the majority of players. Yes, you no longer get the advantage of hopping from place to place, but that does not entitle you to extra varium and credits. Maybe house sellback may come in the future, but as the Devs have stated many times, that will come when there is the time to implement it. However, giving increased Varium and credits just wouldn't work in any way, since it is a PvP game. Having housing allows you to have somewhere private to stay, somewhere for you and your friends only, or somewhere for everyone to hang out. It gives you somewhere to decorate to your likes, and may gain additional advantages in the future. Right now in a round about way, you're saying the Devs should give you extra credits and Varium because you bought a house in a period of time that your could teleport to your house. Which isn't considering the many positive effects that it's had.
