Just to add up what he said on some few posts:

Forum policy also requires that you have a recent history (usually three months) free of severe warnings and bans before I will consider a name change request. Just remember, once you have pm'd him your name change, be sure not to PM him again and he will send you a new password for your account. ^_^

  • You may want to check out if the name you wish is available by clicking the linked "Members" and then the "Quick Find" button which can be found at the top of the screen.
