Bio: An analog of Nel, he was the Lt. Cmdr of the Galaxyfleet Academy several hundreds of years ago.
Function: Annech Dote placed a tracking link on Erebus when they met, permanently creating an affinity between their frames of reference. This allowed the future generations to be able to tell when any piece of Erebus entered their space.
