A lil message sent to an individual players inbox, and they don't even have to be on your buddy list :) They can be sent through the character page by already current epicduel players ^.^

Not supported. If they were on your buddy list that would be one thing, however being able to send messages to any player would only cause problems especially with spammers.

You could maybe block unwanted players. If they keep harassing you with other accounts or characters, A report would easily fix it. No better proof than messages in a mail box.

you can get spammed through E-mail as well, and without limits to this I can see people spamming you just harrassing you through this feature. It would bring more harm then good if left unlimited.
