So, in a battle the opponent of a Bounty Hunter wouldn't be able to see his skills to see if they have massacre or not? This would make the play-style mostly just guessing what skills the opponent has. In my opinion it would sort of make builds with large attacks superior to the rest. I think the whole thing is going a bit too far with a small problem. As a Tech Mage, if I see the player has a Massacre I heal before they Massacre. If we couldn't look at the other players' builds I wouldn't be able to do this and I would be frustrated and most likely switch to BH because it has a "nuke" skill (Massacre).

You would know if your opponent had massacre it's not hard to tell when they have a ate build and loads of energy remaining

for me, I don't believe that the skill tree is the build, I actallu believe the build is the states itself, ie dex tech support and strength.
