There should be a Passive Core for Armors that has a % chance to reflect the opponent's offensive Active Core effect back at them. This will help in dealing with many of the obviously OP core combos, as well as give certain under powered classes a chance to fight back. I'm thinking something like 25% chance.

What would you suggest? Something that is 100% guaranteed to have the effect suggested? That would defeat the purpose of Active Cores. That's why the luck factor is needed.

-.- Not sure if you're being serious or satirical. lol Anyway, if the suggested passive core was 100% guaranteed to work, then everyone would spam it "knowing" that their opponent's Active Core would be ineffective every time. Ergo it defeating the purpose of Active Cores. That's why it's best to have a relatively low % chance, but not so low as to make it unreliable.

Passive Core
Reflective mirror,
Brings back a certain % of the damage you get on back to the opponent.


what can you use it for?
2vs2
when you are close to die so you can help your partner,
to give back guaranteed damage to the player that kills you.
1vs1
At the end of a battle to force the enemy to heal.
or risk the game will be a double KO nobody wins.

Maybe take 2-3 turns for it to warm up.
This is going to do so people will avoid massive dmg.

Active core
Engineering shield
Reduce damage from enemy bot / yeti with a certain %.
Ore this skill,
Increases the damage from his bot / yeti with a certain %.

What can you use it for?
Either it is to fight against the bot / yeti builds.
Or for those who use it

Passive Cores

Stunning Success! ---> Increases the probability of inflicting STUN when using a stunning attack.
Grand Theft Robo ---> Robot attacks will leech HP and Energy.
Debuffer Buffer ---> Increases the effectiveness of debuffs.
Cannon Support ---> Decreases the cooldown of Auxiliaries.
Angry Green Gene ---> Gain RAGE when your opponent buffs or heals.
Brink of Life ---> While your HP is low, increases your damage.
Exawatt Generator ---> Will continuously gain Energy. Your opponent regains Energy at a smaller pace.
Death-Shot ---> All Sidearm attacks will critical, but you cannot critical with your Primary or Auxiliary.

magic box ( give some other name ) ( active core ) : heal 5% and put the some box in front of you. If your enemy strike you it will automaticly attack your teammate ( save u from death ).
Notice : Duration 3 turns b4 box went over ( only 1 time ). Applied for enemy come close close to you to attack ( all close shot skill ). Only work for 2vs2 mode and your teammate alive )
Rewind active : Restore all the damage, effect to you/partner last turn
( poison attack ) passive : 4% make poision ( 5 hp/turn ) to enemy by strike
( smoke armor ) passive : 5% lower 10 dex of the enemy who strike you

So as they told in the past that their might be a Omega armor, and i was thinking about the core that it will have... So i thought of suggesting one myself.


Here's the core name and how it works ...


Self-Destruct




Well, by reading the name Self-Destruct i'm sure you got pretty much got the idea of how it may work..

After 4 warm ups, a player can Self-Destruct and will do damage ranging from 10-60. Ofcourse i don't have to say that the player will kill himself too by using this core...


If your opponent dies with the Self-Destruct core, you WIN!


Limitation : Must have 15+ HP to use this core.

Phase/Contribution Cores!
I made these for as many people that did/will do something in the game as possible. You guys' feedback is appreciated!

Phase Cores
-These are basically Core ideas for players who have supported EpicDuel during Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omega

-Alpha Tester Cores-
-Passive Core: The Alpha (Any)
Passively increases your First Strike chance by for every X Support you have.

-Active Core: Split Decision (Weapon)
This attack is unblockable. Deals X% Strike Damage on YOUR first turn. Damage of this skill decreases with each one of YOUR turns that pass. However, the critical strike chance of this skill increases by X% with each one of YOUR turns that pass.

-Beta Tester Cores-
-Passive Core: Second Nature (Gun)
Increases secondary weapon damage by X points.

-Active Core: Reinforce (Armor)
Increase Resistance or Defense by X% for X turns.

-Gamma Tester Cores-
-Passive Core: Radiation (Armor)
Has a X% chance to poison your opponent for X damage X turns whenever you take damage from a Strike-type hit.

-Active Core: Gamma Ray (Gun)
Fire an unblockable laser beam that deals X% strike damage and has a X% chance to poison your opponent for X damage over X turns

-Delta Tester Cores-(NOTE: Different from promo items. For all testers.)
-Passive Core: Erratic Flux (definition: Irregular Change) (Armor)
When your HP is less than X, Resistance and Defense increase by X points and your chance to connect by X%. Effect immediately wears off if the user's HP is healed above X.

-Active Core: Changeup (Primary Weapon/Auxilary Weapon)
(I personally like this one) Perform an attack that deals no damage, but swaps the opponent's highest stat with his/her lowest stat. Can be blocked. If it is blocked, the effect does not happen.


-Omega Overlord Cores-(Refer to the note beside the Delta subtitle.)
-Passive Core: Finality (Primary Weapon/Armor)
When the opponent's HP is lower than your Focus level damage, your chance to connect increases by X.

-Active Core: Eclipse (Armor)
Envelope your body in a shroud of darkness. Lowers your opponent's chance to connect hits by X% for X turns.

Varium Contribution Cores/Lifetime Credits Earned Cores

Elite Cores
-Passive Core: 1337 (Armor)
Critical Chance increases by X% whenever your HP is above your opponent's, but decreases by X% whenever it's lower.

-Active Core: Pwnage (Primary Weapon/Gun/Auxilary)
Deals X% strike damage with a X% chance to stun.

Founder Cores
-Passive Core: Duel Master (Any)
Passively adds X point of damage to Primary Weapon and Gun, or X points of Auxilary damage if equipped to Primary/Gun or Auxilary.
OR
Passively adds X point of Resistance and Defense to your armor if equipped to armor.

-Active Core: OverClock (Armor)
An unblockable laser beam that deals X% strike damage normally. Damage type depends on Primary Weapon damage type. (Energy or Physical) Damage increases by X% for each point of Focus you have. This attack heals your HP for X% of the damage done, and your EP for X% of the damage.

2k Varium/20k Lifetime Credits
-Passive Core: Hit Marker (Weapons only)
Increases your chance to connect a hit by X%.

5k Varium/50k Lifetime Credits
-Passive Core: Critical Judgement (Weapons only)
Increases your chance to crit by X% when HP is below your opponent's.

10k Varium/100k Lifetime Credits
-Active Core: Torture (Primary Weapon)
Strike for physical damage. Has a X% chance to inflict Torture debuff, which causes the opponent to have a X% chance to damage himself for X% of the damage he deals on his next turn. If the attack is blocked, the entire chance of the effect occurring is negated.

25k Varium/250k Lifetime Credits
-Active Core: Incomplete Speed Boost (Armor)
An attack that has a X chance to connect and a X chance to stun if it does hit.

50k Varium/500k Lifetime Credits
-Passive Core: Death's Advocate (Armor)
Decreases opponent's Defense and Resistance by 1 point when your own HP is lower than 15. Effect cancels when it is above 15.

100k Varium/1 Million Lifetime Credits
-Passive Core: Varium Legend (Primary Weapon/Armor)
Increases your Auxilary Damage and Resistance by X point.

-Active Core: Varium Override (Any)
Has a X% chance to cancel buffs on your opponent. (Deals no damage).

250k Varium+/1.5 Million Lifetime Credits(Ridiculous)
-Active Core: Bass Cannon (Primary Weapon)
Deals X% Energy Ranged damage based on TECHNOLOGY, powered by 100% dubstep. Unblockable.

-Active Core: THE SPOON (Primary Weapon)
Use Titan's oversized spoon to strike your opponent for X% Strike unblockable Physical damage based on DEXTERITY.

Bot skill cores
Equalizer Drains the energy of your target , according to bot's damage then turns 25% of drain into health regain.
defibrillator Deals energy damage to target, then turns 25% of damage into energy regain.

Barter's trick
Bot deals 120% (not more) unblockable physical damage , but user losses health by 20% of damage dealt.

Edit: Just for comedy relief...


Flaming duck!
send a flaming duck waddling towards your target that explodes on impact

Jaws!
send a shark speeding towards your target. Only showing a single fin till it strikes!

Belch of power!
Doing a powerful burp, knock out all opponent's primary weapons right out their hands! disabling them for 1 turn


Other skills

Cobras rain
send venomous snakes raining down on all opponents inflicting them with 7 poison for 2 turns (cannot stack with regular poison skills)


Omega Overload
buffs the highest of target ally's stats by 20%

Edit: Bot skill cores

Expose weakness
lower opponent target's lowest defensive stat (defense / resistance) by 15%

Mark of death
mark your target for a countdown of 2 turns once that count down is up target loses 20% of health

Angelic song
singing a song of healing all allies gain 5 hp for the next two rounds

Kiss of life
Mark ally target for a countdown of 2 turns once that count down is up target gains 20% base health

Not sure if these are already mentioned, or too prone to abuse, for I am on my cell phone at the moment. I have looked into kinks for these, so there SHOULD (not saying there ain't) be no issues.

And I give:

Vampiric Bite (active) {all weapons}

Grab the enemy and bite them, dealing 110% physical damage while adding 25% of that damage to health. Does not stack with Bloodlust or Frenzy.



Leech (active) {all weapons}

Impale the enemy with cables, and siphon a percentage of that attack to your energy pool.
(Deals 110% energy damage while adding 10% of that attack to your energy pool.)



Mimic (active) {sword only}

Readjust your opponents stats and health to match your own, effectively turning the tide in the battle.
(You have 45HP, the opponent has 90, you use Mimic and the opponent has 45 HP and whatever your EP and stats are)
Lasts 3 turns. After the effect wears off, the opponent gains their old stats back, but their HP and EP stay the same.

((not sure about this one. Thoughts?))



Iron Hide (passive) {armors}

Nullify the effects of your opponents attacks that heal by 5%.

(A BH has maxed BL and hits you. Iron Hide lowers BL by 5%)

THIS EFFECTS Blood Lust, Static Charge, Blood Commander, Assimilate, and Frenzy only.




Will Power (passive) {armor}

Nullify all damage on critical HP (<20HP) by 25%. As soon as you go beyond 20HP, the effect is gone.

I would like to suggest the following:
Overflow [PASSIVE][ARMOR]:
Transfers all hp and energy that overflows on you to your partner.

Note: If this is deemed too powerful after testing, it could be split in 2 cores: Energy Overflow and Health Overflow.

Active cores
Transmit Code 404:
OH UH code 404 send in the server monkeys to fix IT!( Reduces 100% of all debuff effects on all allies while disabling a random skill on all allies)

Transmission blocker:
Activate a transmission jammer, to block all transmissions to enemy robots ( disables enemy robots for 2 rounds )
Robot core

Anti-Guidance chip strike:
While doing a normal strike, replace the guidance chips of robots with pictures of baby yetis. ( Target enemy robot attacks random targets instead of selected ones)

Stasis Cell (active)

-select a target. That target's rage is frozen for the next 2 turns.

Example: I use Stasis Cell on an enemy who is at 20% of their rage. When I attack them and they attack, for the next 2 turns their rage will not drop or climb. If Stasis Cell is used on a target at 100% rage, their next 2 attacks will be at rage and the rage will not reset while Stasis Cell is in effect.

Manhattan Active core :
Only faction members can use it :
If i use manhattan core on an enemy, the enemy Wont be able to use any cores in next 2 turns. ( Much Better for azrael will ) :)
