first they said it will be coming 14th of December and next they said it would be the 20th of December, then they said it was gong to be sometime in January... Its the 31st...
they had MONTHS to work on this why cant they just release bit by bit? And then we heard that the compensation is just a achievement and 30% varium back and 10% credit back.
This compensation should be in the 50%.

Ok I have to ask you would you have rather them released the buggy unplayable version they had on the 20th just so it would be on time even though it might have destroyed the game entirely?

They want to give us the full Omega experience.They were originally going to cut out pieces of the release in order to make it before the holidays last year,but plans changed.It's not like the staff aren't working hard and if you've read the design notes you'd see just how much they're doing for us.They post dns often enough so I really don't understand the need for the rant. If you're willing to do the coding for them then by all means go ahead but I highly doubt that'll happen so just wait like everyone else.

But AT LEAST they could have done is release the frost vale war!
theres has NOT been and update for 2-3 months now

That works with the new battle engine which wasn't ready yet. It has been said by the staff and the mods quite a few times. With the release it is all or nothing there is no in between.

That would only prevent them from putting their all into Omega.Besides that, I believe that will come when Omega hits which should be more enjoyable with the new battle engine and features that are coming.

well since they said something about a suprise and its not january teh 1st quit yet
it is currently 7:26 PMWednesday, January 30 do you recon they would release it on january 31st 11:50PM ?

Unless they started doing the final testing and didn't tell us? which I highly doubt I don't think so. We have a better chance of them finding more bugs and delaying the release yet again then them actually getting the game released before the end of this month.

wouldnt be so bothered if they hadnt of said 14th of december i mean come on .......... 31st of january now 30th where the devs r. If you did that in business in my country you wouldnt be in business long .

yeah the delays really sucked but cmon guys Omega is coming very soon, and we don't even know that it won't be coming this month.

They decided to add a crap-ton more stuff instead of just what they were planning to release dec.20

the only thing l see with omega release is the battle engien they have redone could lag up.

with people dropped,rooms so full you can hardly move, flash players crashing, releasing to much to fast,

this could happen when the zone is flooded with players.

then people will get mad again at the staff.omega should of released engien 1st add ons during a 4 week time.

is will be sad if crash happens on the 1st day. maybe the staff in the back of their mind worries about that.

and if people are running the worthless windows 8 will they crash with new engien. there is alot to worrie about for omega. so l quess the staff wants no problems

and make sure it runs right.

Well, apparently they were overrun with bugs, had a lot of programming to do, and they added a CRAP TON of new features for omega. It's not easy to recreate epic duel.

That was the reason why they delayed omega after the first delay. They said it themselves that they ran into a ton of bugs even after gutting out the original features they were going to put in only to have them being put back in now.

I remember the design notes that staff posted and they didn't even know they would run into these bugs and found out the last minute. But with all the complaints it really leaves me wondering if the players would have been happier with a buggy release a long as it was on time instead of a refined release with few bugs delivered late.

to be honest, i myself is really getting impatient with all of this, but it doesn't help at this time. All we have to do is wish the devs goodluck on their journey of giving us the best release we can ever had.
And take note, they haven't posted anything on their twitter account (NW, Charfade, Titan, Cinderella, Rabble) so this could mean that they are working very hard on this. Believe guys, Omega will be coming sooner than we have expected. :-)
