How about make the bargain a toggle skill like the old hybrid armor of mercs and when you activate it, it makes your damage dealt 90% only so there's a cons[:D]. Just to change the SA and make SC a passive one[:D]

@Soul of Shadow one Class Cant Had A Passive Armor, Nerfer and Energy Regain this is make a deadly combo, this is bring back the old TLM With Smoke but with malf.

I currently like bargain, although the percents may be a bit high. I would say maybe 20% at max would be best?

Technician for CH AND Plasma Armor? I would have +10 resistance and use technician to gain more resistance? The power man. The power. Also, CH's need 2 passives. Trust me, CH is my favorite class ;)


Also, if SC was made into a passive, the skill tree would need reimagined a bit so it wouldnt be terribly easy to abuse both passives :)

yes, i also support the buff to plazma grenade, but replace shadow arts with blood lust. Anyone support?
