Okay... I just want to say this.

WHAT THE HELL?!

How the hell can people enjoy 5-focus now?
This is like a PUNCH in the face.
If you intend to nerf the IA, make the damage lower!
Using it once per battle is just unfair.

GAMMA BOT - It can do a massive 40 to 50 damage with smoke/malf during the beginning of the battle
YETI - It can do a massive 40+ damage with smoke/tech during the beginning of the battle
IA - It may do a massive hit. But you wait for like 6-9 turns to do 40 to 50+

Now, you nerf IA again?!

Ughh... Guess it's time to quit

Annnnddd its back to Gamma bot being OP again.
Dont even dare to come with the: "It was a promo, it should always be the most powerfull bot" stuff because now all weapons should be equal, that also counts for robots.

is it really? Gamma didn't actually get a buff did it so how can it be OP after the balance update, sorry but your comment there is invalid.

it's because IA got a massive nerf like the using it once per battle. Also you need to wait turn for it's damage to be equal with gamma bot's attack AND you can deal gamma bot's full damage on he 1st turn!!

I think he means the Gamma bot goes back to being the most powerful attack bot once again.

All bots are not equal. If that was the case then every single bot would have the same offensive power and would be able to use every special ability any other bot could use.

But Gamma bot was like this all the time and they can't just change a bot which has stayed the same for about 2 years just to make it par with another bot (IA)
they could give it a slight buff but nerfing Gamma bot just to make it par with IA would not work too well..

@mother1 but atleast make them almost equal, not gamma bot dealing 50-60 damage over and over, yeti dealing 40 damage over and over+ cooldowning gun and aux, AND IA doing 60-70 AFTER 9 turns. By 9 turns ull going to be dead if u relly on IA.

AXEll5: since when did Gamma bot do 50-60 damage, that was the damage IA could get up to with 6+ rounds and rage -.- it needed a nerf i agree but not a big one also i agree with mother1 why should all bots be similar?

When the infernal android first came out people were complaining that a free to use bot outclassed a promo bot that cost people 50 dollars. also the gamma bot did get a buff. It laser was made deflectable for blockable which last I checked was a buff.

Do the gamma bot, and yeti's power up like the infernal android does over time? No their damage is fixed no matter what. However the infernal's android's special ability powers up and before the nerf you could reuse it after cooldown to boot. The infernal android was the god of bots before this nerf, and now it is finally off it's high horse.

Like i said in another post, tank abusers are nerfed, people who use it like gamma bot with low tech got devastated

slightly? You could use it's laser more then once and it powered up each turn to boot. In the hands of tanks who used high defenses you were screwed if you didn't take them out before they used the infernal android since you could use it without penalty. It is about time they add this one to it. And no a reset wouldn't have helped either since even with it you could still use the laser more then one.

and now what? you need to wait 9 turns so you can use it's special... AND you need to change the strategy DURING battle because you won't use it again after 4 turns

^Actually you can use the special on the first turn it never said in the design notes that IA has a 9 turn warm up O.o

i meant at full max and in the DNs it says that you need a 3 turn warmup before you use it

they originally made it blockable because they couldn't make it deflectable at first. When they did the bot balance changes they were able to finally do it so when they nerfed the infernal android's laser for being unblockable/deflectable to deflectable they buffed the gamma bot and made it's laser from blockable to deflectable.

They did that so people wouln't use it when it wasn't fully charged. But yeah the laser has a 3 turn warm up not the normal attack.

I think Infernal Android deserved the nerf. I admit, I even abused it with a Cyber heal loop tank focus...blah blah blah build.
I think the restriction was uneccesary for its special because I was hoping instead, they could lower the Infernal Android's special all the way down to 110%.

oh yh i just found out, that is a very unnecessary nerf because it is not strategic, why should we be able to use IA when it charges up and not at the beggining?
Strategic means to be able to use the bot wisely or stupidly so giving it a 3 turn warm up is very unnecessary.

thank you dev's for the much needed nerf on IA. although it's not really based on my suggestions but it was fair. IA SHOULDN'T be superior against other bots. The 'one time" use of its special now serves its purpose which is dealing a "massive damage on the right time". it's suppose to be that way. You cannot compare IA from Gamma Bot or Yeti Bot's simply because every bot has its unique attribute. Gamma bot is fine, as it is way back to gamma. Yeti bots on the other hand is not dat OP. if use properly, it can be very helpful but it needs a lot of strategy to properly use its special. Added, Yeti bots cost 45k credits and needs a lot of effort and time to upgrade it to Omega. (that's why not all players obtain it because it will take a lot of effort and a bunch of credits). Im sure many players now will use the Gamma bot but not all people had this bot so only those who were able to obtain it can benefit from this. This is much better then fighting players with infernal bot which can deal you massive damage again and again.

Whats the point of use the IA special in the first 3 rounds, it doesnt even do 100% dmg, also as rabble said
