color blast could affect energy (if ur opponent energy drains u, he energy drains himself) obviusly anyone will use energy drains, but that could be a nice advange still not being OP (maybe)

this core is very useful in jugg cause you run across many players with one or two weps and no bot or cores but its not much help in winning just fun to do. i think simply making them take damage for skipping turns is the best way to make this bot stronger. making it to all melee atks would b way op and making it useable more than once per fight would b op cause it can do so much damage on rage and cant b deflected

all bots are not for every class and all are situational.
If it's not good for your situations don't use it.
As someone said you can FORCE a strike with Azreal gun.
It's fine as is.

Make it affect strike-based skills.

It's hardly useful in most situations.
