I am a BH myself and they are OP right now do how about SA (Shadow Arts) gets taken away an I stead they get something also like maybe a new passive like shadow striker at max adds a 8% chance to connect. your thoughts on SA and what you think of Shafoe Striker
P.S percentage for Shadow Shadow in no way final. Not sure I this I balance or suggestion please remove if in incorrect section

I agree but there are some cones making the % lower than 10%
at one level it will scale the same percent 2 times and yes BH are OP at the momen't. It can easly be delt with by using UNblockables.

Or Change Its For Something that dont rely on luck its better No? changing luck passive, for another luck passive dont are a good deal.

Something That Reduces Total Damage By 10% Can be good, but people say it are OP and dont are sure the skill sound OP, i want some opinions.

No I don't think so ale it would be alright but then with BL and the damage reduser it would make a op tank Combonation in my opinion

I do my best, When something Fixed and dont Are OP appear, i support it But dont support anything related with Luck, because changing something that are useless from another skill that are more useless dont are good.

Ok ale didn't mean to harsh on your idea maybe 10% Damage reduce on ranged attacks aka gun an aka gun and aux or vice versa 10% taken out of strike only

Or Make All the Ranged (dont skill) Deal less Dmg, this Can be good Bot, Aux, Sidearm and Cores like Meteor Shower. all Attacks skill Like Plasma Bolt, Blugeon, Etc, and strike dont are Affected in that way can be good, or at least remove Bot and make Cores and Ranged weapons.

Well cores Like meteor shower dont are affected (this weapon is used to strike) but need to affect all the cores that shot aux and Gun.

Shadow arts isn't OP, it's the synergy and the overall skill tree that makes BHs OP. In fact, when compared to most other passives, SA isn't that great; it's just annoying when people get random luck blocks and win because of luck and not because of strategy/skill. The best way to stop BH from being as OP as it is now is to change blocks up to be less severe in damage reduction, reduce smokescreen/malfunction to not affect block/deflection chances, or to change smoke and/or EMP to increase with something other than technology.

The only way that malf and smoke dont reduce block and deflection chance is make it to take down pure defense but the problem is on that way nerfer can take down a lot of def and res, positive point is, block, deflect and skills dont are more affected and some skill like blood shield need to be reworked.
On topic this new skill, can be more attractive to invest on it, and dont are underpowered dont are useless and can be good for bounty hunter.
Ch is a different case but someone on the forum said a passive that ignore armor by 8% at max.

It's not OP. The context makes it look that way.
It seems so because most people are using 5 focus and most robot attacks are blockable.
Back then when support, unblockables and massacre were dominating, Shadow Arts seemed really useless.

Really does need to be replaced ._. it's so situational.

I think the skill your suggesting should scale off your enemies DEX.

While Shadow Arts has problems of its own, I think it's emphasized by the fact that Smoke Screen is so powerful. I've noticed that on average, it removes about 38-40 DEX which is high even by Delta Standards. With less stats to go around, this is an even greater difference than originally. Of course, the even lower dexterity combined with Shadow Arts means the blocking rates seem quite ridiculous.

balance is near 2 impossible in this game, right now luck is the only thing that helps balancing all the classes and builds, its like a requirment; replacing SA will not help tht much, we will just see alot of stat abusers.
