Multi is designed to be used in 2v2, hence weaker. How so? Compare Bolt to Multi, in 1v1. Exactly. Blocked 5 times? That's great. What was their Dex? High Dex doesn't guarantee they won't block and you will, they still have a change depending on the difference + did you take into account Ninja Reflexes - these raise base % for Blocks. Lastly, 20 damage with Physical weapon, right? 126 Dex = 34-41 Defence + Armor (I'll assume +10) -> 43-51 -> since L35 weapon deals 35 damage (or 36 for Swords) then it leaves very little difference, thus low Str will already make base damage of 3. Now any additional bonus from Strength will make it higher. You are NOT supposed to be invincible only because you have 126 Dex. That's the penalty for having such high stat and forgoing everything else. - Buffing Multi? Then buff all of them. Your TM example in 2v2 seems even more unlikely unless they raged or critted. Why unlikely? Because they deal 85% damage in 2v2 and with lower Tech, they shouldn't get as much. Thus crit or rage. - New RNG? The same as before but the cores raising base chance. Blocks were already nerfed by getting lower base % and slower progression. That was back in Delta and it's the same ever since. - Dex more defensive? Then so will Tech because these are equal. With diminishing returns, you'll be forcing players to tank even more thus Focus 5 will get even more common than it can be.
