@Mirai Hoshino : Warlic is already trying to minimize the loading time for the CC page but there is a LOT of data that gets transferred so it might take a while to streamline it better, with the addition of another pack it might take even longer for it to load. For now just bare with it while the coding gurus work on it.

Thanks for the information. It's not a big issue yet, but as we add more elements, I'll want to rearrange my cards more and more.


With all the card customization work, I tend to wonder if we'll ever get out of beta testing, especially since there are other features that still need to be added. On the other hand, the beta version is still a good game. On the other other hand, I like to have plot to keep me going, and the Grand Quest is still nowhere in sight. Hmm. Well, I'm busy working on getting Queen Ghypsophila to 20 for now.

o.o That was one heck of a debate about CC.

My only quarrel with it is that it is an 'anything goes' system. No restrictions on card quantities, no character/card compatibility, nothing. But I am not complaining about this.

@Mirai: Yes you have a point [8|] There has not been any news about GQ. I hope they slow down with the CC releases though. Not every elemental booster pack has to come out consecutively [>:]

@hijinks You're spending money to get a random item. Gambling is spending money for a chance to get more money. The main difference is that gambling can and will leave you with no rewards as opposed to buying booster packs which will give you something.

@hijinks: It is virtual gambling if you are referring to gold. But it is more realistic gambling if you use SG. It is still virtual/simulated gambling, however. But, if you purchase SGs for the sole purpose of purchasing SG booster packs, then yes, it is gambling which is why YOU MUST BE SMART ABOUT IT.

Even if it is gold, don't just waste everything you have. Set a limit (gosh I sound like a broken record I said this so many times).
[this part is not to you Hijinks, it is just to those people who have fallen victim to purchasing booster packs because they didn't get the card they wanted]

I feel people are not reading the 'be smart about it' thing I keep emphasizing.

EDIT@above: But people are considering the cards they already have as useless (or nothing) so when they don't get the card they wanted, they got nothing while paying for a chance of getting that something (the card they wanted).[:D] Gambling*

Argh, that's why I only did the card thing ONCE. If I knew we had to roll the virtual dice to get the cards we want, I would have used the gold to save it up for more valuable resorces like characters.

Yo everyone. I see that OS items will be released to AQW next Tuesday as it is Nulgath's turn to be the next featured artist. My wait is finally over but I won't bother buying the items from AQW since I knew they will cost ACs or available for members only. I am glad to obtain the characters from OS and AQW's OS item doesn't bother me at all. Also, Duality of Nulgath set seems to be both Anauel the archangel and Malakai. Very interesting and I look forward to possess them in the near future.

@ND: Gambling doesn't have to have money as a reward. What you get can simply be referred to as a prize, which could be anything of material value (in this case, virtual value).

Yeah Mega I am a bit sad on the fact I train character to lvl 10 who then need to be evolved with Sg .I am Like why do I even train them.

Lol also hey check this out he was so easy to beat and ic annot believe he called you weak now.

I had him so cornered in damage all he could do in the end was self suicide against the counters. I told him Are you sure. He said yeah. And I was okay your lost. Bam 8 turns later. He dies I was Like LOL. The benefits of knowing what you will get.

Dude, I don't have the funds of SGs (I only got 4 left, I don't want to spend them YET) and my supply of gold and Artix Points are low as well. I don't have the comfort of Xboosts as most of you probably do. :c

@hijinks: I feel your pain, I really do. As for the Xboosts, I gave in to max when they were capped at 10. However, just because I know so many people work hard to train without a single one, I will never buy the rest of the 10 still left.

EDIT: Yeah, I use only gold to buy booster packs. Gold isn't an issue for me and I know how to handle my booster pack purchases so I will never go broke. Plus, I seem to get rarer cards anyways with gold packs believe it or not! xD

Not anymore. He is now friendly with me after I beat him in our first and only duel. That's shows him who is weak even when he used fire characters which always give problem to any other elements character but there is no more grudges already and I never like to criticise any people/players unless there is a reason to. Now is only peace and friendly between us after making a truce with him. Well, I guess some players will respect others when they beat them. That's what happens in Anime and even in Real Life. I met people like that as well.

I wonder how the future tournaments will really go although I won't participate anymore if you see why I never posted much the past 2 days.

off-topic: Out of curiosity, are your sisters younger than you and what is their age? Not thinking of having any relationship but whenever I am curious, I always ask without hesitant.

Anyways, I plan to join the next tournament for full time. I am alright with characters like HHM and FC appearing like mad, because they are OP characters after all. However, I would like for there to be divisions for this purpose only.

@Mega let just leave it my sis is into art (sure she is cute and hot _Feels weird saying this when your the brother) but as I mention she into Art meaning poetry and things like that (I have one sis who into art and the other one into martial arts. But in back to topic note.
I was thinking of holding a tournament myself.
I mean of course I need to remember how it will play out but I was thinking is simple.
We need players
we need rules
we need evidence
we need a prize
and a time limit
the evidence can be done by Picture.everytime you beat someone you take a picture
The rules are simple aswell no cc and you must use a staring character(yeah I mean starter I mean those 5starters and you cannot fight same character against same character).Not abusing gltiches and so on
Player just give them a good prize and bam we got people
Prize (gonna be the hardest to do)
time limit that can be set if things work out.

Yeah and I am looking forward to future tournaments and how the new rules will be set in future tournaments. Its a shame that I won't participate in any tournaments ever again despite I hated pvp duels but I am glad to purely participate once. Speaking of tournaments, I wonder if Nulgath forgotten about the reward for every players that participate the tournament and also the hall of champion where it kept the top 100 players list.

Of course if it comes to my work involved I would gladly use mY work to influence the tournament I would give each person enough information so that they can do at eleast a 50% prediction on their cards set and then I would put them against each other it would be like aqw or Hersoasmh sure you know what your doing nand was gonna happened but what if you miss.
