Faction Leaders should be able to meet up and send each other a request. The request will be an Alliance request. During this alliance, players can share an HQ, called the AHQ (Alliance Headquarters), and from their they can post statements on the board, and act as one huge faction. There should be a price for this. I was thinking around 20,000 Credits from both founders when the Alliance is accepted. The AHQ should look somewhat the same as a faction HQ from the outside, but inside it should be a bit larger.
*The leaders of the alliance can edit the Allied Flag
*An "Are you sure?" button should pop up to disable any accidents.
*Three factions is the largest an Alliance can have
*When fighting an Allied faction member, their name is Baby Blue
*There can be an Alliance leaderboard to show which alliances have won 1v1, 2v2, or Juggernaut.

Faction Alliances should also have Faction Rivals. So inside the AHQ, there should be two bulletin boards. One for posting stuff and one that lists Factions that the Alliance is against. Faction Rivals are noted with a red name when you are in battle with them. If you win the battle, you're Alliance gains Influence (This is the only way to gain Influence in an Alliance).

Also, I think one officer from each faction should be able to be promoted to Co Leader so it is visible and extremely clear to faction members who's the Co Leader. This role will be able to add faction members, and send delete requests in the message box of the founder with a reason stating why, and the founder can press the accept deletion or decline deletion button.

in the clans and factions section of this forum, it is made clear that councils are allowed. proof right here

there is no cap on the number of factions allowed into a council, only that they can partake in only one. i think this should be molded a little more to promote councils rather than just "alliances"
but i can approve these.
im also thinking there could be a "request meeting" button which sends an invite to all online faction members to jump to you (which they can accept or cancel of course)

I like how you think. That would be pretty good to put into the game. And the council thing sounds nice as well but I only put a limit on because everyone could just ally with like 15 different factions and the Headquarters would be filled with people if a meeting were to take place. Just thought it'd reduce lag.

heres a more detailed suggestion me and vix made a LONG time ago about Co-Leader position for factions, and how it could also have a "permission" menu for what officers and co-leaders could and could not do. (like recruiting/kicking members, etc)

Read it, and it seems pretty agreeable with me. It'll add more interest in factions if things like this were implemented into the game.

This would be really great that a faction can unite with others :D i support this and so does The Geass Order we all do
