@Schizo ^ that is what the first part says. What it means is that they'll make an announcement in the out of character areas (I think) of who gets to go on.

(If i recall correctly, that's how we knew a couple years ago who won)

The most recent post indicates that the preliminaries are concluded, and finalists are being chosen. The finalized list will be made public when the Finals Arena goes live tomorrow, the 25th (server time).
