The islands should be big enough for that, yeah. And yes, that does make the situation pretty awkward, but Gedd and I will probably be coordinating our next posts to try to resolve it sensibly, seeing as your attack will affect both of us, and our characters will need some sort of cooperation on their part to avoid it.

Neither of you were wrong; my post was intentionally vague on where Kovvi was. It said where he started and where he intended to stop, and it was open for anyone to intercept him at any point on that journey. Its just unfortunate you both posted together. I think this can be sorted without too much problem, but it would be best if we could all chat on IRC, so I hope to see you there Schizo and ringulreith. I'll be online tomorrow at some point, send me a PM to try and organise a time best for us all.

I'm currently disinclined to use IRC at the moment. Sorry about that. I'm primarily working off of my father's laptop, and I can't download what I need to facilitate IRC without his permission. You can just PM me at any time, though. -Schiz(Suffers a failure to communicate...)

Well, there are ways to get onto IRC without having to download a client. There's more information here. However, if you really can't do it, that fine. I'll drop you a PM at some point with my ideas for how to proceed.

@Schizo, just did some minor edits to the map. EDIT: Okay, a list of the edits that I have done to the map. Please know that all these edits have been done with the best intentions and that I had no mischief or wrong intent in mind. 1. Changed Arthur's position from the bridge to dethollow's island. 2. Completed deth's name. 3. Added the Sky Arena and The EC 2013 Title complete with coloring and italicizing, underlining etc. 4. Increased general map size for better visibility. 5. Increased line weights for the bridge lines in order to better spot bridges and arrows. 6. Emboldened participant names. 7. Island Color and Light Color change. Hope you don't mind. Thanks for keeping it updated.^^

Just a heads up that Uskius and Dethhollow are in danger of crossing the idle time limit. Both of you have only got a few hours left before you reach 120 hours.

Rain will start on Friday. Watch for a post to that effect. edit: Also, to clarify - the bridges are set up in the style of the classic rope bridge. Only instead of wooden slats supported by thick rope, it's metal slats supported by strong metal cable.

Phew. My post is up, and just before my idle deadline! Dianna's call is deliberately nonsensical; she is indeed quite insane, and one of the ways I'm trying to portray this is through word salad.

The rain has started. It is a shower, as opposed to a drizzle or a driving rain, and will make footing interesting. The braziers remain just as fiery as they were beforehand. Additionally, Arthur has unfortunately been idle for over seven 24-hour periods, and is thus disqualified. This does leave Aethian free for the killing. Arthur, if you so desire, you may make an exit post - though getting down from Sky will be an adventure in and of itself.

sigh Well. I hate to do this, but I'm gonna make one last post and bow out of the Elemental Championships. In addition to already having two other writing projects going, these last few weeks I've just been too ADD to focus on anything for long, and I am absolutely terrible with keeping track of time unless I have somewhere to be- right now, it's already been almost five days since my last post. :) All the best to you guys still going.
