The Jop: You always have usage of energy in battles, that complements the usage. Having in mind you casts 2 shatters in your 4 round, then in 5 you cast another shatters. In this case what would happen if you didn't had cast those shatters earlier? You could have died if you didn't cast them earlier. In some cases you must predict the battle and risk. Anyways it won't be much until you stay without energy and can't cast too much cards. You will already start your offensive attacks and will normally charge energy until you get the 5 charge. It is wiser to get the 5 charge while in battle than in the beginning, e.g. what if you get frozen like you said? You will lose energy when you could have cast other cards and charge other future turn in the battle. Anyways this only work in some situations like I said in the tips. quote:
