I just breached the level 100 barrier a week ago, so I went into the Veil and saw Ultimon for the first time.
Now, i'm desperate for his equipment, is there any way I can get it?

Ultimon's Fortress and Ultimon's Fortress Part 2 does contain shops. You can see them using the given links.

If that's not what you were talking about, try using the AQ Questions/Answers board. Players that specialize in Adventure Quest will be able to assist you properly.
