Energy Effect: A 40% chance to convert up to 2000 Shields into damage. A 60% chance to turn them into Counters?! lolololl. It chooses a random amount from 0~2,000

Gorillo Titan -> RE: =OS= Design Notes: 24st January, 2014 - Next Week: Characters you May Know! (1/28/2014 20:49:08) Maybe limit it to 500 shield into damage if someone tries to block with a shield it will back fire on them or if they use 2 shields one of them will destroy the other.
