Honestly matchmaking needs fixing desperately for this game to have any potential or be a remotely serious mmo , I've fought for it for so long. To the point I now know it will never happen.

Few things I've observed

1 every time tanky builds rise to the top there extremely quickly nerfed making way for the quick kill builds which are very slow to be nerfed. Because kids like fast wins and kids are the target market they aren't interested in earning wins or skill just speed. This is the same reason the matchmaking system will not be fixed kids enjoy fights it takes a lot of work to lose (free wins). Sadly I firmly believe this alone is the reason.n even at ED's peak its player base was tiny in the grand scheme of MMO's And is completely non existent now. Of course there are other factors but this is a huge contributo.r

If there was a matchmaking system that chose games based on no level difference, besides being level 40 games would take forever too start, given eds current popularity.
