It's a pretty good entry although my grammar and spelling dictator is coming out screaming in wanting to fix some mistakes. I don't quite understand the reason of:

Technically it's basic swimming so I don't know the concept behind that unless you state "Nulgath's army that have the ability to breathe underwater swam to where Aqua Dragon and other sea creatures dwelled."
Giving the minions the ability to breathe underwater instead of giving the gift of basic swimming would fit the concept nicely.
Other than that I see no problem except the grammar, spelling, and that little thing I pointed out.

The Captain Rhein's entry gave something I was looking for in a writing entry. Good summarizing with the important details on the template and it's at the right level of it not being a giant wall of text. The Coral Ninja is...okay, but it's too short with just straight explanation with little detail it gives.

It would be a lot more interesting to see people create their own lands instead of having to base off the AQW and OS lore time to time because as I stated before: "Nulgath should not be a major catalyst in creating heroes and villains." Sure tie it in with certain characters, but when it comes to imagination I would like to see a bit more flexibility in the writing submissions.
When I suggested Necrosis, I took the lore from my book and based it around that and he did look the part to be in OS's world. Once the Water contest started up I decided to learn my mistakes from the third contest and tie the characters I suggested to Necrosis's world to give a feel that these characters are all part of a grand picture instead of being forced to a predetermined path that would be set for them on terms of OS's world. I don't believe Nulgath should be the main antagonist in many story suggestions.
Mobius the Hero, I suggested, he was to believe he was doing the ultimate good until he met someone who sacrificed everything to create a false peace even though that person was to be the ultimate antagonist, but the ultimate protagonist. Aquarius Apparatus is applied to the same concept except his antagonist is the very nation that created him and to defend the ideals he gained through the soul of a child did he find purpose.
I love seeing creative stories like these examples (even though they are my suggestions [:D]) revolve around another world instead of it just being fixed into OS's world.
