DidYouKnowThat -> RE: =OS= The Progress of Oversoul (6/13/2014 22:46:35)

Well. . .in my view it's: A. He's talking with AE, asking which questions he is allowed to answer, and how to answer. B. Is too busy working on his "side projects" and is just going to rush the Q&A. But seriously, he said he'd try to answer any questions, in a span of a week right? What, now it's 9th day achieved, and still not one post. I'm sure it doesn't take that long (9 days) to give Artix a list of questions and get replied which one he should answer, and which ones he should not answer, if the Q&A was planned for 7 days only. LOL. So I think the most reasonable answer would be that he's too busy working on other projects. . . .Hmm. @Therril: I'm not concerned as whether or not OS will be gone, and not be available for everyone to. . . .ehrm. . .. "enjoy." I mean, look at Warpforce. Lol! My concern would lie in the possibility of whether or not OS is dead or not. If it is dead, then it won't be progressing any longer. Get what I mean? I'm asking will it progress. Will it get all of its original gameplay features, and become the real Oversoul game it was supposed to? (or was it even supposed to? But that's a whole other story. Hah.) I think the answer to that question was already referred to, with Nulgath stating "I'm sorry I couldn't finish the game for you." But I just want the answer straight forward, Yes or No. However, with that quote, I can imply that Oversoul is donzo. It's reached its limit, no more progressing, cya Game features/storyline. Not to mention, it would also mean that Nulgath cannot finish Oversoul himself, after all, he's a Designer/Animator, not a Coder. And OS has no coders able/willing to work on gameplay updates. Which means, OS will not be able to progress. Furthermore, I do not count these character releases as "progress." I'm sure you can figure out why if you read my other posts. Haha. :P And then with "unless officially announced," . . . well remember that AE is a business, but that's a whole other story. . . . -sigh- ANYWAYS. If it is not the end of the game, what is there to come? @Nulgath: If you can, can you give us a list of what Oversoul is planning to get, in terms of gameplay features, anytime soon? A range from 3 months to 6 months maybe. Any big updates comin' our way? And what is still left to implement? Unless of course I was right of Oversoul's progress in terms of gameplay features (something that makes a strategy game, well strategy), how it's not going to be implemented at all. . . . then just ignore this question I guess. But if they are coming, can you keep up updated frequently in Design Notes about them? How's the progress? An estimated date for them to arrive, etc.?
