Top reasons why a gamer stops playing a game:

1;The things the love about the game gets changed/removed-the are no longer addicted( All developers fault)
2; The got bored of the game
3; The found a new game that entertains them better.
4; After an extended break( for what ever reason), the came back and found that the lost interest.
5; Everyone the looked up to or got excited about playing with them left.
6; A game losses it's competitive aspect( i.e win ratios)
7;This one is especially true for experienced players- Once a gamer understands how the game is suppose to work, the game goes from fun to an obsession to why things do not occur the way they're supposed to.
8; There friends leave.
9; The Devs
10; The switch platform. Most people that play this game does not have game consoles, or powerful computers that the can use to play state of the art games.

The only reason why a game would have players coming back to play it, is because the players become addicted to it.

Exiles did not need the war rally to win, although in this case we did win because of it. Alot of us stopped fighting and sat at the control thing-a-ma-jig waiting for the other exiles to finish the war at 100k, but the bombs really slowed down at about 50k. Despite some exiles stepping up and telling us to start back fighting, we sat there until it was all over. At the end we did not do our best, and that is the only reason why Legion came back so far. It would have been neck and neck until the very end and either side could have won if it wasn't decided by the lucky war rally.

For once I agree with you, Rui.. They could easily take the code from the item search, remove the Varium Price section, replace the weapon name labels with player name labels, and put the Credit Price label to the amount of influence the player has. It wouldn't take more than a couple hours at max. Heck, if they gave us the code (It's not very likely, as ED isn't open-source), quite a few of us could easily fix it up for them so they wouldn't have to spend time on other things. I doubt it will happen, but your idea and comparison is a very good one.

Theres a lot of complaining about the war and how unfair it is.

Fact is 2v2 is completely broken , 1v1s broken , juggernauts.....you guessed it broken , Stats are broken , classes are broken (everyone knows that tm , bm , merc ) are easily playable endgame ch and bh are more difficult with a lot less options and tlm is a death sentence.

And you were expecting the war to be balanced when the entire game isn't ?

On a side note the exiles may have a lot more active players . But 6/10 players now a days seem to have less then 200 def/res with base hp . exile has a lot more of these sort of "special" players then legion food for thought.

@jacob... What are you talking about o.o the code is already there.. They just have to change the number from showing top 20 to all players thats it... I was refering to item search as a example that it wouldnt hinder server's performance.

Jacobfarrow1 -> RE: Respect for Respect (7/4/2014 22:34:14)

@Rui.
I get it now, I thought you were suggesting to use the item search's code to make the top 20 lb longer. I was mistaken. xD
