^Are all the accounts with the artifacts linked to your Epicduel battleon portal account, as I think epicduel uses it's own portal account and theres no way to link it to another portal account. I had to get the mug twice because of this.

Make sure that the account you used to get the mug is the same you have at the portal you're currently using.

When I get all the artifacts, do i get the sword on all ED characters? Even those that dont have the cup?

Nop, just one.
He doesn't need to be the one that has the cup, you get to select which character gets it.
