This happen to another release not that long ago it was said to have been released on Friday nothing was said and no one could find it then first thing Monday people found it. Drakath isn't in game.

Hi all! Asuka here to hopefully help with some major questions and concerns you all have.

1) "Is Drakath even in game?"
As of this moment, I am not sure (But I am very positive he is). We will be checking in to make sure the Drakaths are indeed appearing like they're supposed to.

2) "Why are you not telling us?"
I always hate to ruin a really good looking search party. You guys have been working together amazingly! I was having high hopes on you all finding him with this amazing group effort

People have searched every known location if its in game some how its in a spot that no one has a reason to search at.

Did anyone even try to go north? Based on logic, Drakath would never be at that area. While based on non-logic, Drakath can just be anywhere.

Mapcurse did over 100 searches looking at the snow forest and the ice castle in the process finding jack frost and the deer rev.

Well he's probably got an absurdly low encounter rate I guess.

So North area is out of the "searching area" list. Guess I will continue to try South first.

I spent the last two days looking for TA at paladin training ground if he's at any location on the map I would of at least encountered him once.


tuga searched inn and mountain 50 times which equal 100 since they spawn the same stuff.

People searched east town about 100 times I searched the lantern tree about 30 times and even the undead dungeon.

I was searching for TA but if drakath was located all over the map I would of still found him at T2.

I guess the best right now would be to wait for Asuka to confirm Drakath and Flying Eyeball's release otherwise our efforts will just be wasted for nothing.

Great news! I asked Asuka via Twitter and he said the testing is going good. He said he just has to wait for somebody to appear.

I hope it's a matter of him being in an obscure location rather than having an unmatched encounter rate. It defeats the purpose of the hype and promotion for OS if he's nigh-impossible to find and if that's the case I strongly suggest his encounter rate be raised.

That Flying Eyeball, a more typical character, is also too rare for the entire OverSoul community to find in a weekend exacerbates the issue.

If it was a new location I suggested doing join asuka since he did say waiting for someone to appear only a guess though.


Testers should know this stuff before a release IMO since they are the only connection between the players and the devs.



@the jop The location right between those two rocks near the monk cave in the middle of the trees and the rocks is the same spawn as boulder not on the rocks but next to it.
