I was actually going to ask what happened to this thread, but i was kind of happy to have time for myself to focus on farming VHL rather than trying to solve riddles, so i was just like "meh", priorities you know[;)] I would like if there could be 2 riddles per week(ish), anymore would be kind of overkill + i would rather like a couple of well constructed riddles than a lot of riddles just spewed out for the sake of it. Anyways, on the last riddle, i see how they all fit together, i knew i was missing something to fit in the last part of it, the quest right after the painting quest is called "Learning the Land". Is it just me or do you always feel stupid when you try to solve a riddle, then when you see the answer you are like "well, that was obvious" So, on this (weeks?) riddle, i think anyone can agree it has something to do with the Swordhaven area. I'm so smart. spoiler:
*Insert funny joke here* (Need a hand, or 2?) 7 times 2 is 15, right?: firstly, no it doesn't, you silly ;). Secondly, this clue refers to the different "values" so to speak of the item, it requires rank 7 Swordhaven rep, it's a pair of (2) arms, and costs 15000 gold. The people who made these must be really smart, but they're probably tired of being mixed up with Bladehaven: as the description states, it was made by Sordhaven engineers (swordhaven and bladehaven could easily get mixed up), people who are generally considered to be "smart". It sure would be Awesome to have some of these around: the item has "Awesome Rarity", the capitalized A in Awesome made me sure that is what it meant. It would also just in general be awesome to have some of these (these also refers to there being more than 1 arm). Don't lie, robotic arms would be awesome. I figured i would bump the thread, that's why made a new post instead of just editing my previous post. If a Mod/Archknight wants to merge the posts, feel free, i just thought it was worth a shot to do this. I like the thread, it makes use of ones AQW knowledge, when it's otherwise mostly useless. I think the failure of the thread is that is that only a couple people actually seem to be interesting in it, most people would probably just farm or do something else in aqw instead of solving some random riddles that doesn't really benefit them in any way. I kind of don't want this thread to die like the challenge thread a while back, because I have times when im just running aimlessly around AQW and would like to have something to do that isn't farming. Of course, if no one wants to solve a riddle, what's the point of even spending time making them? Archknights are people too. Merged 'em. ~Shadowhunt
