This skill is pretty much always at Level 1, and there really is no reason to have it at a higher level, with the whole energy meta having it at 1 is way more usefull than at a higher level purely because of the energy cost, passives would fix this but that doesn't seem to be happening now unfortunately.

I actually use field medic at level 5 for my build to be honest with you.
