Hopefully with having a relatively significant amount of time away from work for a few days at least can result in additional entries in either story being put out. Probably gonna focus on "The Wilting Rose" a bit more than "The Hunter."

I kind of wonder how this series would've gone if each entry was written in chronological order rather than a haphazard not doing that approach with "A New Home" and "Ocean of Hopelessness: Redux" being the only entries to be written back-to-back. The bit in the OP about upcoming stories isn't even up to date and I've conceived some ideas for future titles with some foundation for them being laid out here.

New entry in "The Wilting Rose," Chapter XLVIII: The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie is up and it's a lengthy one, but of course quantity doesn't always correlate with quality.

Not sure when new entries will come about as computer issues are at a point where I'm gonna have to take it in to get dealt with and mobile is a horrible way to do anything. Of course I can't stick to a schedule anyways.

Nearly three months and finally got a new entry in "The Hunter" done up, but Cloudflare says no.

Neither I nor the project are dead, just server stuff and life interfering.

Never mind, problem fixed itself.

Chapter XLII: If Only You Were Lonely is up.

Probably the longest entry in any story to date and in it I attempt to show Shadow Hunter abilities as well as provide deep lore on one of the old families that isn't the Arkham family as well as foreshadowing for future projects and more reason to finish "The Wilting Rose" which ain't happening this year.

Should probably provide an update assuming there are readers, but the project isn't abandoned, just got a lot of things eating into the time that could be spent writing.

No timetable when any of that'll be resolved, but still out here doing things, just not whole entries.

After six hundred years, I have finally come to post a new entry in "The Hunter," Chapter XLIII: A Wolf Among Us.

A modest entry showcasing mad rust as basically jotting down notes either for this series or something totally unrelated doesn't equate to actual writing skills.

After half a year of silence and two years since the last entry, I present Chapter L: Smile as the latest entry in "The Wilting Rose keeping the tone of the previous entry with more character focus.

Really need to ramp up on that 'cause cast big and also get the timeline going and conclude in under 100 chapters.
