If I'm not wrong I guess, there are probably 5 reasons:

5. Perhaps, they need time to decide based on your behavior, polite, responsibility, skills, contributions you have displayed.

Use Basic Fist & Invisibility Cloak, hide shield when taking a screenshot for a guest/pet/spell(animation).
Use Basic Fist, hide shield/pet/guest when taking a screenshot for an armor.
Use Invisibility Cloak, hide shield/pet/guest when taking a screenshot for a weapon.
Hide pet/guest when taking a screenshot for a set (armor/shield/weapon).
If the Attack menu is in the way, click "Hide Menu" and take the screenshot.
Notes:
Weapon: If it has 2 elements, MRM modes, a trigger, a pop-up ( Bleeding, Control, Frozen, etc).
Armor: If it has 2 elements, a transformation, a trigger, a pop-up ( Bleeding, Control, Frozen, etc).
