if you've never been to Sulen'Eska before/haven't talked to Halda before, you need to go to Ash and click 'The Vind?' - however, to actually be able to click on this dialogue, you need to have finished Book 3 Surewould's quests. once you've done them + talked to Ash about The Vind, you should be able to talk to Halda to gain entrance to Sulen'Eska; then, in order to find Kara SuLema (the main questgiver), you'll need to get 2 Rose Emblems from a quest Lojaali Vero gives (you'll meet him not long after getting inside Sulen'Eska).
