PD -> A Comparative Analysis of Weekly Releases Since 2012 to 2021 (11/11/2021 23:20:21)

PREFACE: I intend to incorporate this as part of a larger post that will be published towards the end of the year as I will have a better understanding of where AQ is at the end of 2021.
This post is a mere analysis of content of content availability since 2012. Why 2012? It's one year before 2013, and 2013 being especially important because that is the first full year in which the level cap was set to level 150, and the first year that we had several features that are now a standard part of the game like Golden Giftboxes and Void Takeovers. I have used in reference, this thread that is very handy in keeping track of all the events that have been released up until 2019 (all the later parts are missing due to the lack of Pedia updaters, but I have resolved to do this myself.) I have already done an analysis from the current year (2021 as of this post) to 2019. You can see the analysis in this thread.
Just as a reference, anything in BOLD i considered a permanent content update. Minor updates that aren't part of the weekly release cycle are not included as weekly content release. If this post is too long and involved, you can skip to the summary statistics here.
