Not quite an item but if you use the werepyre subrace the guest does regen sp and is probably one of the very few guests that do this.

Soul Gauntlet is perfect for sp regen too.

16th Birthday cupcake if you have it works well for a single use SP regen in a battle.

The sp regen effect of shadowfeeder pendant can be of use at times too but this does benefit most from any kind of mage build or one that uses intellect because of the mana upkeep.
