the were-hare and dark-were hare have 300% random for the second hit so it should be the following!

level 10 one is 8-36 level
45 one 12-60 and the
level 85 16-69

The encyclopedia says that Undead fire giant does Attack 1 75% of the time and Attack 2 15%...

That must mean that it attacks 90% of the time... Mine doesn't attack that often... do i need higher charisma or something??? my CH is at 40

No, see, 85% plus 15% adds up to 100%, leaving no percentage for when he doesn't attack.
That'd be silly.

the percentages are of when he does his attack, like the BoA specials are based on the 10%. undead fire giant's attack rate is based on your cha, so they can't set it in stone in the encyclopedia, but the two attacks listed are the chances of occuring when he attacks.
