Bio: The lone survivor of his race, he has stolen a Water Orb from the Pheron and has a caused a war to break out in the Great Sea. Now part of the Sinister 7.
Function: Causes the war between the Mermazon and Sarkanians. Also involved in stealing the Prime Elemental Orbs.
