The GD line was merely a joke, and not an actuality. Element X itself is actually a lack of element, an thus can't be related to a chemical.

The seekers remind me of something I heard from an NPC in FFX-2 that old guy that tells stories... He talked about seekers that gathered information. Kinda creepy. The subtitles even Capitalzed the S in Seeker. CREEPY

This might just be a huge coincidence, but I thought it might be worth noting.

As we know, our favourite friendly neighbourhood mad weaponsmith, Cysero, writes in green. Bearing that in mind, I came across something quite interesting on my travels. Here's an extract from an article about Sir Mansfield Smith-Cumming, the first director of what would become the Secret Intelligence Service:

In 1909, Major (later Colonel Sir) Vernon Kell became director of the newly-formed Secret Intelligence Bureau (SIB), created as a response to growing public opinion that all Germans living in England were spies. In 1911, the various security organizations were re-organized under the SIS, Kell's division becoming the Home Section, and Cumming's becoming the new Foreign Section, responsible for all operations outside Britain. Over the next few years he became known as 'C', after his habit of initialing papers he had read with a C written in green ink. This habit became a custom for later directors, although the C now stands for "Chief".

Speaking of "Quite Interesting", those of you living in Britain may know of a BBC panel game show that goes by the same name. (Or "QI" for short.) It was during an episode of QI (Series C, episode 10, to be precise) that I became aware of this fact, and then I got to thinking:

"Hang on a sec! Cysero also goes by "C" sometimes, and he also writes in green!"

So what do you guys think? Was it thanks to inspiration that we know Cysero as "C"? Or is the fact that they both sign with the initial "C" in green meerly a freakish coinkidink? (Although Cysero writes EVERYTHING in green, not just his initial sig.)

turnoverman -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (11/21/2007 19:21:06)

probably just a coinicidence because unless cysero knew about that (and I doubt it) that has nothing to do with anything.

Ahahaha, that's pretty cool though. Random facts are awesome.

Dewdrop Fairy -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (11/25/2007 1:57:51)

So, are you suggesting I should hide my german passport, just to be on the safe side ^_^?

ShadowSlash -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (11/28/2007 19:54:46)

Maybe, perhaps, he did mean it.

Paladin Dracomancer -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/1/2007 12:06:06)

The Banana Slamma monster is a reference from the Donkey Kong Animated Series I believe.

fz5656 -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/1/2007 15:49:00)

The description of Solar boy's in game character/moster is a reference to "The Most Dangerous Game"

~Divinity~ -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/2/2007 2:32:37)

Manny the Carpenter is the perfect picture of Jesus.

lolol123123 -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/3/2007 16:27:11)

Kel-Al Relish is a "spoof" of Superman. His "powers" only work under a yellow sun. "Kel-Al" was Superman's original name.
Edit:To Below- whoops.

general greivous -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/3/2007 21:00:40)

Erm, Superman name was Kal-el, not Kel-al. Thats where the joke and the contratual safe side lies.

The Trobble One -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/17/2007 2:56:17)

Fourslice:Yup, he grew up with Joseph learning it.

I think Dynamo is a parody of Crimson Dynamo or whatever he's called from Marvel.

lolol: I thought the name meant "Kill All Relish"

Atlas -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/27/2007 6:58:07)

Dynamo is actually Artix's real life dog, not sure what he named his dog after though.

silversyte -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/27/2007 15:54:16)

Isnt Dynamo a robotic dog or something like from the blue falcon cartoon?

jacost -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/28/2007 9:40:48)

Artixes dog is called Daimyo, isn't he?

And a Daimyo is a type of sword.

JuliusBlazehearth -> RE: =AE= Spotted a Parody or Spoof in our Games Post it Here (12/28/2007 12:26:45)

Daimyo isn't a sword, is the name of the old japan feudal lords
