Yeah, I derped and forgot to change the element stuff in the wolf's stuff to Light. Should be fixed now. Also, it is intentional that you can only store one charge of the attack, and also intentional that it only burns the charge when using an appropriate element. I didn't want the charge to be burned if using another element, but I also figured it might be a bit easy to abuse if you could store charges and have your pet doing damage AND causing you to deal +10% damage for more than one round.

Reposting from Misc items because this technically counts as both:

New from the Harvest Festival: Wind Stone

You need to have a Velocigobbler pet for this to do anything. Clicking on the Wind Stone will replace your 'gobbler with a Turkeysaurus Rex pet. The Rex's stats only depend on the level of the Wind Stone; it doesn't depend at all on the level of the 'gobbler.

~

Turkeysaurus Rex

MC Wind pet. Gets a +5% boost for "decompression" (you need both the misc and the 'gobbler pet for this).

Click its wings to toggle between:
  • Peck: 2 hits, +5 BTH lean, +5% damage, +4.25 BTH
  • Tryptophan Breath: 1 hit, Ranged. It deals -32.5% damage. If it connects, there's a 1/3 chance of your foe falling Asleep. The foe can wake up with a save at a +20 bonus (inflict with CHA/LUK, resist with CHA/LUK). If the monster is already Asleep, then it uses Peck instead.

Does the transformation into the Turkeysaurus Rex carry over between battles?

And what if you were to call out a different pet or to call back the Rex? If you were to try and call out the Rex (or the Velocigobbler, not sure how this would work) after doing something like that would the transformation into the Rex form remain or would it have to be reapplied?

Or if you were to do both of these things and call back the Rex but then try to call it out again during a different battle?

Also, do you have to keep the Wind Stone equipped for the Velocigobbler to remain a Turkeysaurus Rex?

And just in case, is there a way to transform the Rex back into a 'gobbler, whether in the middle of a battle or otherwise (other than relogging, of course)?

I mean, all this information is related to how this sort of pet is supposed to function so it wouldn't hurt to make these point perfectly clear via word from the staff themselves, right? If we don't know what is intended then we can't check for deviations from said intent, if necessary.

Is it so hard to test the item out ingame? You get a temporary pet slot with the Turkeysaurus Rex that lasts until you log out. The Velocigobbler doesn't disappear.

My point is whether it is supposed to function as a temporary pet that, once obtained, remains around for the duration of the entire login session or if that is not what the staff intended. But fine.

Also, at this point I'd delete these posts of mine myself if I could. Mods, if you would?

    some questions:
Why is memet not MC'd?( jut wondering really )
    I didn't see a reason to MC her. ~IMR

Is psycho guest SP or MP? (Assuming it's SP just like the old one)
    SP. ~IMR

Doesn't nezujimbo get a compensation for only having 2 attacks while other contracts have 3?
No, although I can't think of a good reason why other than how he wasn't designed to have one >.< ~IMR

Is Gaiden supposed to not be level 150?
    Right. Fixed. ~IMR

and finally, the cold is permanent right?
Yes, until the monster succeeds on a save. Like sleep. ~IMR

well thanks! But I'd still ask you to consider MC'ing Memet. She is actually a huge part of the game(actually mostly on AQW), and I could see her being MC'd to be coupled with juvenile void dragon/void pwny for low resistance massacre

Does Nezujimbo's Freezing Strike really cost (GCost1) gold rather than (GCost2) gold? And if it really does then what, if anything, does the listed (GCost2) for Nezujimbo apply to?

Not having a third skill has nothing to do with a different gold cost, mercenaries have variable +dmg tied to goldcost, the Original Nezujimbo's Freezing Strike dealt +20% more damage for GoldCost2, the code and notes need to reflect the original design.

    I presume Legless Elf takes a 13.6*.5*.85*5/(40*4.25/1.4) = -23.8% melee penalty +2% MC.

    In the LTS: Groundhog

MC Earth pet. Click to toggle between:

  • Two hits, Melee Earth. -5 BTH lean, +5% damage.
  • It creates a barrier. This reduces incoming Wind damage by -(20% + 20%*STAT/XSTAT)/1.4 (additive), where STAT is (END + CHA)/2. This gets the same thing as Poelala where it gets less powerful as you outlevel it:
    quote:

  • Slowly grows more powerful for low-level players and less powerful as you level up.
    • BUFFER = 20
    • If your level is between [PowLvl] and [PowLvl+20], then there's no adjustment.
    • Otherwise:
      • If PowLvl > PlayerLvl, then AdjustedLvl = PlayerLvl
      • If PowLvl < PlayerLvl, then AdjustedLvl = PlayerLvl - BUFFER
